Stephen showed up as scheduled, looked proper, used booties to walk in and asked about the issue. He then went on the roof to access the damaged equipment, removed it, told me the plan to get it serviced and advised me he’d call when it was corrected and ready for reinstall.

Tech was very friendly and knowledgeable. Took his time and explained what he was doing. We now have a service agreement with them and it’s worth every penny

I had multiple issues with my unit. One of the parts that tested good failed the very next day. Tom and Trevor did troubleshooting and were able to get to the root of the problem. They went above and beyond and worked tremendously to resolve the issues! You won’t find another company that is honest, dependable, compassionate, and fair. We have used B3 Refrigeration on several occasions. The receptionist was very knowledgeable and had a service technician out within a few hours. They are a small family business with fair pricing. I highly recommend them! I wouldn't use anyone else.

We called Scott's because our daughter's bathtub faucet broke. I tried to fix it myself (which I have done in the past in other bathrooms) but there was a problem with how the builder installed the piece and it was too difficult for me to remove. I called out Scott's, who responded very quickly. A special tool was needed which he did not have, so he ordered the tool and came back over a couple days later for a fast, professional install and fix. Thank you so much for being so quick and courteous. Will use again when necessary. Would recommend.

Turns out we did use them again when our water heater broke and started leaking. Scott's was prompt and friendly. A new water heater was ordered and promptly installed, and for SEVERAL HUNDRED dollars less than a couple of the big guys quoted us a few months earlier when we were looking for a preemptive replacement. Scott's even included some parts that the other guys wanted to charge a la carte for. Thank you Scott's for being reliable, friendly, and affordable.

If I can give 10 STARS, I definitely would! Hell of Company from Jeff, Doug, and the 3 installers that came today - Anthony, Victor, and Rick! These installers have such great working attitudes. They came in CLEAN and left DIRTY! The path they used indoor all covered including the closet, aisles, stairwells, and our clothes. They cleaned up afterwards and there’s just too much to say. Outside, both front yard and back yard, spotless.Jeff answered all my questions and provided all the information I need to pick Larson Air out of 7 that placed their bids.The company is just AWESOME from all aspects and even if you say it’s too early to make these claims because they just installed, well I’m sure they’ll back up their work.Thank You Guys! and to the owner - GOOD JOB! I had this company come out to replace my furnace a few months ago and I can't be more happy with their service. My unit was up to code and fixed for the same price as the other company that came out for an estimate. They have been great with communication throughout the process and I have recommended them to all of my friends, who are now using their services.

Weston was courteous and professional. He arrived within an hour of our call, which was fantastic! Only thing is, we have to wait for a part to complete the repair. (Not Weston's fault.)

The gentleman that came out was not only professional but extremely knowledgeable as well. However they stopped responding after a couple of days. They knew our home had no AC. They refused our calls for 3 months then told us they had no business with us. 2 months later they have now started calling us THREATENING US, and cussing out my 11 year old for answering the phone!! They are demanding money from us for no services rendered and have sent me emails stating that they will be sending someone out to collect the money. I have reached out to their management to speak with someone but they are refusing to return calls now like the cowards they are.

Belaire mechanical was built by local people. It is now the largest mechanical contractor is Arizona. I am a Union sheet metal worker and know the owner personally. Jim is involved in all the union boards and committees with zero compensation. That in itself speaks volumes to me.

Jeremy came out the night I called and was able to give me multiple options when it came to a new unit. Super friendly and knowledgeable. Overpriced company, I was charged $2,400 to remove and replace the same air handler, I could have bought a new one for the same price.
