When it came time to replace/upgrade our 20 year old heat pump, Tom and Steve @ Mountainside Air came highly recommended and did not disappoint. They were extremely responsive, professional and took time to walk us through our various options and the pros/cons of each. When installing the unit, the attention to detail, quality, and personal pride in their work was obvious. Would highly recommend.

I engaged Certify HVAC to re-route my clothes dryer vent. Ulises understood exactly what to do, and even improved on the idea. Two days before the vent work was scheduled, my AC stopped working. Ulises came a day early, and identified what the AC problems were, and repaired everything. He also solved a long-time problem with wiring to the Nest thermostat.The next day the vent project was completed nicely right on schedule. Ulises is a great listener, problem solver, trustworthy and keeps to his word.

Nathan came out 20 minutes after I called him got my ac problem diagnosed and is coming back to get it all working properly thank you so much man my wife and I appreciate it very much!

I had Scott replace two AC units in two different houses in 2018 and have not had an issue since. He had the lowest price and best value. Today, I asked him to look at another house which he did for no charge and again provided me with the best value quote. He does not charge a summer time surcharge like others do (I had one quote 2x his). He and his wife Linda are a family business and they are good people. I would always recommend contacting them.

I can't recommend him highly enough! My AC broked down like 3 times. He come to my house every time, no matter the time or day. He was always on time. His a man of his words. He installed a temporary motor so we won't suffer during the heat with no AC until we received the new motor.. Carlos is the best, very knowledgeable.  He will let you know all the options and recommend the best options for customer like me who wanted to save up. Carlos is professional, polite, and is a great communicator. I love that His Bilingual i felt comfortable talking to him both languages (Spanish) and he answered all my doubts and concerns. I live on a rural, dirt road that has a 25 mph limit. One of their company vehicles flew by my house going literally 70. I see there is another review that complains about a company vehicle driving bad. I think I would second guess hiring them considering how unprofessional and dangerous the idiots they send out are.

I just wanted to let you know how pleased I am with your sales and installation services. Not only did you quote me a lower price than everybody else for a basic replacement unit for my 25+ year old equipment when I asked about high efficiency units you explained in detail what the differences were along with the pros and cons of going in that direction. And then you quoted me a price comparable to the basic replacement units everyone else was quoting. I chose the higher efficiency Trane and still got a better deal than with any of your competitors. It was the end of the week and we had been without central air for a couple of weeks and had already convinced ourselves that we would need to wait until the following week for the install when you informed us you were willing to install on a Saturday. Your installers showed up half an hour earlier than expected and went straight to work. They were very professional and explained everything they needed to do. I was extremely satisfied with their workmanship and if you had looked for evidence they had been there the new unit on my roof would have your only clue. I am extremely happy with my new A/C unit and recommend you to any one who asks if I know any reputable A/C service dealers in the Phoenix area.

Our AC unit was leaking into our attic and started leaking into our bedroom. I called One Hour Air in the morning and asked if they would be able to get us in that morning. They were able to get a technician over within an hour and a half, other companies I called couldn’t make it until the next day. Earl was super professional and accessed what the issue was. He was able to fix our major issue within two hours. I would highly recommend this company and would definitely use them again.

We called late last night because our AC system broke. While other companies advertise themselves as “24 hour emergency repair” they were the only ones who were willing and able to show up and do the work. Casey was at my house within the hour and fixed the system as well as explained the problem and what he did/how he did it as well as tips on how to keep it from happening again. 5/5 would recommend and we will definitely call them again should we need their services
