Best Air Conditioner Filter in Phoenix AZ

My service rep Ben, called giving me his arrival time and arrived within 5 mins of the time stated time. He asking if there was any concerns that he would need to address, went over the standard protocol during his service call on my check-up appointment. He went over his findings both in written and verbal once he completed the tuneup & cleaning. Would recommend this team for any Heating and Cooling needs if asked.

Preferred Air offered the best quality for the most reasonable price, and everyone from the dispatcher to the techs and the sales associate were polite, professional, and perfectly understanding of our family's needs. They worked quickly to install our new AC system so that we weren't left without cooling in the Phoenix heat, which is doubly important for us since we have an infant at home; they even took care to avoid making excessive noise, so as to not disturb the baby! A wonderful and professional company through and through, we will be relying on them for our heating/cooling needs for as long as we're in the valley!

Ryan was very knowledgeable and courteous when he came to assess our cooling problems. Very quick service with an install 2 days after we decided on the unit. We had several other companies come out to get estimates but found that Ryan stood out from the rest. The installers were also courteous and cleaned up afterward. The install price reflected the unit that we purchased and I believe it was a very fair. (carrier brand). I wouldn't hesitate in recommending comfort experts.

we purchased a unit from them in October 2014.
the experience was great and the person that came out to the house was very knowledgeable.
he gave us three choices and he knew the differences between the units and was able to discuss
pro's and con's of all three units.
the price was very competitive and well explained.
on the day of installation things went very well considering the house was configured for a smaller unit.
there some small problems in the beginning but on each occasion a tech arrived in only a couple of hours. and was able to trouble shoot what happened and fix each problem.
since then the system has worked perfectly.
not only does the house cool very well now but I have saved some $100.00 a month in utility bills.
they also explained to the advantages of a second register and they were right on target
the house cools better and more evenly.
I also really like the computerized thermostat as I can program in the temp and it cools to that temp
without me having to adjust it. it even has a cool app for ones cell phone.
this is a great company made up of quality individuals that are knowledgeable and helpful.
I would recommend this company to anyone that needs an a/c unit or simply service on an existing unit.
again great company and great to do business with. i would give this company five star rating
with no hesitation.

During the hottest day of the year I called several AC companies to service of AC unit, everyone had weeks wait. I called Aguilar services, they understood the urgency and came out the next day in morning. Very professional, they got our unit running in no time.
Secondly, the owner was very professional and gave us correct advice on leak check. Highly recommend them, reasonably priced and owners come out themselves. :))

Tom was AMAZING! I called yesterday because our house was freezing cold with our new ecobee system and we didn’t know how to adjust it. He first tried to assist me over the phone and then they were able to schedule me for the very next morning for a visit. He was efficient and helpful in explaining the system and what was incorrect with our wiring. Then he was also able to waive the fee since it was a minor fix. He even let us borrow his ladder to change our air filters. They are an amazing and reliable company and I’ll only be going to them for my hvac needs.

We have used Mountain AC for our air conditioning needs since 2013 when they replaced our aging/failing AC unit. This year our AC unit began making noise one afternoon in late June and by evening it struggled to cool our home. We called Dave the next day and he had a crew out within 24 hours. They had all the necessary replacement parts with them to fix our AC and completed the job in an hour. Such quick and efficient service in the middle of summer in Arizona was very much appreciated. I got home last night at around 8pm and noticed that my air handler would not heat or shut off and was blowing cold air on one of the coldest nights so far this year. I called the 24 hour number and it was answered right away. They sent an email out to a tech and within 5 minutes I received and call and he helped me trouble shoot the issue, Unfortunately it did not work so they set up an appointment for the next day between 12 and 2. The tech called at 10:30 am and asked if he could come early. The tech arrived about 10 minutes later and within a couple of hours my system is now working perfect! This company is worth a try. Great prices and service for Phoenix area. I have used a few other companies for maintenance and repairs but will now only use Arizona Pro Service. Thank you for your help and finally my system works like it should and for some time now.

I am in the process of interviewing duct/insulation businesses to audit our home for energy efficiency. I will analyze bids from three firms, Larson is one of those businesses, Sam and Evan, their reps, were prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. They were detailed with their assessment and proposal. I will make a decision by the end of this month.There was some confusion over the cost of the inspection. I was quoted one figure from the office when I set up the appointment and another from the tech during his review. I made a quick call to the office. The result was a satisfactory resolution.
