This company is the best and Adam ROCKS with his communication and follow through on service!! This company put a brand new unit on our house during Christmas as our unit went out on Dec 24th. Adam and team worked efficiently with our home warranty. This team was able to get the home warranty to approve new ac/heater on the same day they came out! There was no run around and I believe it's because of this teams communication style. Adam came with the installers and these men were all so polite and friendly. My husband and I were so impressed. Adam ensured we had everything we needed to register our unit for the manufacturer warranty. This company has earned our business for life!! I have already told my home warranty they can never use another company for our home and we have already scheduled on our calendar our maintenance with FN Air Conditioning and Heating!! TREVOR IS THE BEST! My HOA sent out multiple people for the last few years for a leak that kept coming back. Last guys made it worse, put screws up to hold the pan up higher, and said it needed a whole new install because it wasn't done right ... and weren't going to pay for it. THANKFULLY Trevor came to my rescue and actually FIXED the problem, not bandaid job! I'm so excited to not step on a wet towel or floor! HOORAY!

I had a heating issue that a technician came to fix a week ago but the issue came back days later. I’m glad I got Cooling Men this time. He was very thorough and identified the root cause that the previous technician missed. Not only did he fix the issue, he explained it in a way that was easy to understand and told me 3 ways I could make sure my AC unit functions more efficiently.

Had been shopping for a new unit for two months. I was completely unimpressed with all the American Standard and Trane Dealers I dealt with. Matt Silva answered all my questions and encouraged me to follow up with any further questions. I told him exactly what I needed. The price was very competitive. Within two days, my new unit was up and running. Fidel and Noel were courteous and efficient. I highly recommend SMW, especially if you are a senior citizen.

Really know their stuff.....informs you on what you need without 'selling you products you don't need', giving you the price right off the bat before they do the work. They redesigned the airflow in our home with new registers and now we have a cooler and more comfortable home.

AC wasn't working. Fixed that and found some minor problems with original installation and quickly and easily fixed that also. Now our entire AC system clearly works better. The technician, Rick, is the best.
