I have had continued high quality experiences with Air Control, and would recommend them to anyone who needs to service their current HVAC system or is in need of a new unit.

I was recommended this place. Due to issues earlier back in April / May when I tried to get my unit checked for summer they kept moving the date. Then I finally got a date and had to cancel due to a health issue. Called today to try and reschedule and was told by Samantha so sorry but they are too busy with other customers and will only come out if I have an issue with my unit. That's why I wanted them to come out to make sure I don't have issues. Was also interested in getting a quote for a new ac unit all together which was ignored. My suggestion to other consumers is find a company that has time for you and wants your money.

These folks are always timely and courteous. They have saved me a lot of money doing what they can to fix problems without spending more than necessary.

Had new central air installed. It was an attic installation. Had to remove old furnace and air. They installed a new Day and Night 3.5 16 seer air and 90000 btu gas furnace along with an air scrubber. Everything is working great and the installers really knew their stuff. Left everything clean. I would recommend them if you need new air. You won't be disappointed.

Ulises installed minisplits in three rooms for us. He went the extra mile to find equipment given supply chain issues, and also to do things like paint the line set covers prior to installing them. He is very responsive and does great work. We'd hire him again in a heart beat.

After talking with APS, I had Green ID come out and do a energy audit along with an in depth review and recap a week later. It was quite compelling to actually see in inefficiencies in my home.
I had them do a complete duct sealing which involves a lot more than I ever thought. They also added a supply and jump duct to one of the rooms that never cooled well. After completion, Green ID mgmt. came out to inspect all work performed. I'm convinced that my residence is much more energy efficient now along with obviously less dust in the home.
The entire staff was extremely thorough, polite, and clean. These people really know what their doing. I would highly recommend David and his entire team.

Called Heat Slayer because our ac did not start cooling… he happened to be in the area after a previous job, came over and worked for 4 hours getting our system running. We have a great ac, but there happens to be a manufacturing flaw. Richard and Nick kept me informed and we are now on cool mode! ?! They did work for me in the past, and I plan to use them for any other ac work! Oh, they also installed a split unit a couple of years ago!

The Director of Operations Steve Stahl is unprofessional and made racist comments about Mexicans during employee meetings. I gave my lead Charlie the reasons why I had put my 2 weeks notice and it included Steve Stahl making racist and disrespectful comments about Mexicans. As a result I was let go early for putting my 2 weeks notice and with the reasons behind it being the racial discrimination and the comments Steve Stahl made. This company does not offer equal opportunity. I called in to schedule an appointment and the lady who answered was really rude from the start. I politely told her she was being rude and said goodbye. I will not be using them now because of this.

Our experience with Quianno and his supervisor. Definitely tried to sell us things that we didn’t need. Shady recommendations and practices from the tech. Another company came out and evaluated the repairs at a quarter of the cost that these guys were pushing for. Won’t trust again.

I sit near it, but don't know anything about it. Guess they keep Sky Harbor cool/warm.
