I would not use or recommend this company. My husband died unexpectedly in July. We hired ServPro to do bio-hazard, disinfectant clean. A $600 Montblanc pen went missing. It was very dear to my husband. Our son noticed it missing immediately. I called ServPro immediately. After 7 phone calls to the company, I filed a police report. It is disgusting and wrong to rob from a person recently deceased. ServPro charged top dollar. I regret ever hiring them. Finding or Replacing my deceased husband's pen is taking attention away from our grieving.

We had some water damage after the last big storm. Servpro came out and took care of everything, cleaning up the water and checking for mold (there wasn't any). They responded quickly and were very professional. They were great!!!

These guys need a shoutout. Had a couple projects that needed cleaned up in the house and had Servpro of Thunderbird Valley come out and did a fantastic job. Not only did they do an amazing job, they were very professional and even sent a follow up thank you card for choosing them. Highly recommended if you need any work done in your home, or God forbid have a disaster and need a great crew to come take care of it. Good customer service is hard to come by these days and these guys nailed every aspect. Great job guys!

I called ASAP Resto to have some mold evaluated on a property I am purchasing. Josh answered immediately and was able to assist with every question as well as coordinating testing within 2 days notice. It would have been sooner if it was an emergency situation. I had a leak in the ceiling so I called my insurance company. They recommended servpro. Big big mistake. They did the cleanup and drying okay but the they left with a 10 foot hole in the ceiling because they forgot the plastic. Next day they come back and tape the plastic up. It falls that night. They come back and attempt to staple it up. It falls again. Now they won't return my calls.. So now I'm left with a 10 foot hole and an AC that is running 24/7. Don't use these clowns.

My insurance company strongly suggested I used them since I insisted I wanted quality. Having dealt with water damage several years ago, working with substandard restoration companies is a total nightmare. However, this company was a pleasure to work with, and I’d be happy to use them again.

Mike and his crew were professional, attentive, and thorough. They worked quickly to mitigate the flood damage, making sure that I was fully informed each step of the way. They were sensitive to the fact that we were also trying to run a business during the mitigation process making sure to schedule services during times that fit our needs. Mike was very helpful in finding working solutions to my concerns, going as far as to help communicate those solutions to the insurance company on my behave. I feel fortunate to have had ServPro on this project and would not hesitate to call them again.
