Let me start of by saying I am in a customer service industry and I know how refreshing it is to receive positive reviews rather than negative. That's were Tristen' comes in.
Monday , February 3 I got online, filled out the form and received a call within 15 minutes. Tristen explained what the process will be and offered to come over the next day. By that same afternoon he had gotten back to me.
Yesterday he once again explained the value of your company and again the next steps. THAT'S CUSTOMER SATISFACTION! SERVPRO cleaned our HVAC ducts and vents and did a total cleaning following a major home remodeling. The staff worked hard and did a fantastic job removing dust from the construction that had covered everything in the house. We were very pleased with the results and the great customer service by the staff.

The crew that came out was very professional, and helped us in a very timely manner.

After dealing with a ceiling leak in my garage and waiting weeks for my insurance to process my claim and having to deal with unreliable and ridiculously priced contractors, I was referred to Jenkins. I had the pleasure of having Mario as my project manager and he was professional, communicative, and prompt. From getting quoted, scheduled, and having the work completed, everything went smoothly and without issues. My ceiling came out looking better than it looked before the incident.

Frank and Greg were OUTSTANDING!!! This was an awful situation and they not only made me feel like we were in good hands, they proved it ! Cost was not astronomical and work was amazing! Using them in the future for sure !

We used Square One Restoration Water Fire Smoke Damage Repair to restore our bathroom that had been flooded. Water everywhere. Walls badly damaged. They fixed everything. Total pros, easy to work with - they dealt directly with the insurance company.

What can I say. Mr. Rocky Dunn is a very professional person at what he does. Rocky goes above and beyond to get your problem big or small taken care of. He is very knowledgeable at what he does and wont leave the site until all question one may have get answered. Customer always comes first. I could go on and on but at the time that my wife and I were overwhelmed and stress over our flood Rocky came in and took care of it all. Will recommend Rocky and his company to anyone anytime.

These guys were very adamant, timely, and provided a great service! I plan on coming back to this company in the future for any carpet repair services!

We had water damage in our new home after Best Buy installed the washer/dryer incorrectly. Within a couple days after Leonard and Lawrence came out to assess and give us a quote. As soon as we heard from Best Buy they were here to clean up the mess. Lawrence was extremely professional and walked me through where the damage was and how much of the wall to take out. I felt very comfortable throughout the entire process even though it was very stressful seeing our new house in this way. I would recommend this team to friends/family.

Lotus Restoration Services was recommended to me from a very reputable contractor, Saddlewood Contracting, for a kitchen mold remediation service for my Buyer. The Seller and I both spoke with Jill and she did everything she could to make sure we were taken care of before our closing. Jill worked with the Sellers to fit it into their financial situation and was genuinely caring and professional to all of us. She answered all our questions, multiple times, and made sure we understood the entire process from start to finish. Even after the closing and my Buyer had questions, she sent a crew out to her home for no charge to make sure we were taken care of and put us at ease. I can’t say enough great things about them and recommend them highly!

As a first time flood experience I would say mine sucked. 40 days in a new home and the in home fire suppression system blew up on one sprinkler head. Not sure what to do I called Thomas Restoration. They showed up and were top notch across the board. We were in a bit of shock having just gotten settled and with a child with disabilities settled is rough. I was hesitant if it was all real being so good and got an off hours call from owner Zach who offered alot of his time in that call to reassure me they are real, they know what they are doing and they want to make sure people are treated fair.
He was correct. They were across the board great. Friendly, business focused, showing evidence of everything needing to be done, answering questions of things that I had no knowledge of.
Patient through the process and patient with my family and my dog. All of us who were adjusting to our new flooded home and new life in temp hotel.
