Water fighters helped us redo our whole shower after a leak. They came out on a holiday weekend right away to begin the process. The workers were all professional and they worked quickly to get our bathroom working again.

We had to work with the solar panel company which was a nightmare but Leonel was so flexible with us. When the solar panel company told us the night before they were coming to take them off (they had us scheduled for 2 months from then), he made the roofing job happen within the week. The guys came and worked hard all day and within a couple of days we had a new roof!

Juan and Jorge were exceptional workers. They are efficient, on time and clean up well. I would highly recommend them and their company

Eric and his team made a bad situation into positive results. We were unable to go to Arizona when our hot water tank exploded in our park model home. Eric informed us that he could take care of the situation. He helped us find a company to replace the hot water tank. He took care of the restoration and kept us informed every step of the way. His dedication to detail was apparent with the end result. Eric did an outstanding job of restoring our home. We would not hesitate to use Eric and his team for any repairs we require in the future and recommend his services to anyone in need. Called Bright Homs Construction, LLC one night around 9PM after experiencing a flood in our master bath. They were very responsive and come right out and started to dry out the areas, They were very helpful in getting our insurance claim filed and to make sure we received the. amount we needed from the insurance company to complete our job. They did some trim work to replace baseboards and door facings and repaired places damaged on our walls.

Amazing work and very professional. Really appreciate the work done by Ian Campbell. Definitely a company I will recommend to everyone.

What can I say. Mr. Rocky Dunn is a very professional person at what he does. Rocky goes above and beyond to get your problem big or small taken care of. He is very knowledgeable at what he does and wont leave the site until all question one may have get answered. Customer always comes first. I could go on and on but at the time that my wife and I were overwhelmed and stress over our flood Rocky came in and took care of it all. Will recommend Rocky and his company to anyone anytime.

At the beginning of April, the apartment above mine flooded into a third of my apartment and it has been an ongoing mess to resolve, but Dell's team was amazing. They were professional, quick to respond and went above and beyond to help me try to get back into my apartment as soon as possible. I really hope I never need to use a water remediation team again, but if I do I know who I'll be recommending/using!

The sad thing is the people who did the restoration work on my flooded apartment did more damage to my things than the flood itself. To top it off, they refuse to cooperate with my insurance company. It took approximately 10 days after the flood for me to be able to move back in. Upon coming home I noticed scratches on walls, doors and my dresser and bed. The dresser cost $4000 and the bed frame $3000 and we're only purchased a few months prior. The worst thing is that per my neighbors they left my front door open the entire time they were doing work on my unit. This includes at night when no one was there. They didn't lock up! Luckily nothing was stolen. Avoid this business like the plague.

Mark was very prompt to come out and give me an estimate and check for interior damage from the rain. Had no issue getting him and his crew started as soon as my insurance agreed Ex to have the work done. I had 5+ spots in my ceiling damaged from water and he removed the drywall and insulation, repaired it and painted the ceilings and you can not tell at all where the work was done. Very professional and quality work. Will use him for all my interior needs in the future!

My company owns many apartment complexes throughout AZ. Unfortunately, we have had a lot of losses throughout the years. We have used a lot of different restoration companies in the past, but now all of our business goes straight to Interstate Restoration. Tom Glenn is the most honest and straight forward person I have ever dealt with in the industry. I highly recommend Interstate and Tom for any job, big or small.

The people at EHS are top-notch on multiple levels. Marissa did a great job of communicating with us and handling the logistics of rebuilding our block fence. The gentleman (whose name eludes me, sorry) who did the board-up was very personable and friendly and made me feel at-ease amid the stress. David is a man of his word and willing to go the extra mile to ensure a homeowner is happy. He and the crew expertly rebuilt a 30-foot section of our backyard masonry wall, and did it in record time. All the EHS staff were friendly, professional, and conscientious workers. These folks are easy to work with and very thorough, with great attention to detail. I called three weeks ago after a storm and burst pipes. It took me three weeks just to get on the schedule. Called on the day the appointment was supposed to take place and turns out they told me the wrong date and scheduled it for a day I won't be home (due to family emergency) and now they want to reschedule for who knows when.

I'm sure everything is dry now that they have waited so long, and probably really moldy too. If you are looking for prompt, professional, or organized service, this isn't it. I told them I have to contact my insurance company to see if we can do something else because working with this company had been a complete fail.
