Arizona Fire and Water were the first responders during my recent kitchen flood. Everyone who came to address the damage and see to repairs were great. Mario and Dave (and the others) were punctual, polite, friendly, efficient, respectful. The kitchen is back to its original state and I'm so happy and grateful to Mario and Dave and AZ Fire and Water.

I worked with Jakob H and he was simply really great and informative. Tyler H . was assisting with removals and he was cleaning up just like it was his own space. Did such a good job. Chandler N. Was here to work the removal with and he spoke to me and explained further the job. Jakob and Tyler and this team was so impressive and really helped me to remain calm during a very stressful time. I called a few companies and Next Gen was the only one that returned my call and came out to the house to inspect the roof leak. It was a bad month for storms because I had to call them out a few more times. They came out quickly and did what was needed to prevent more damage. They were professional and made sure everything was clean when they left. Thank you again for all your hard work. Would definitely use them again if needed and highly recommend them.

The Fire Damage Restoration service was incredibly responsive and professional. They were able to restore my home quickly and efficiently and I was so impressed with their work.

Best option restoration did a wonderful job. We had extensive water damage and they came in a cleaned it all up. Everything looks as good as new again. I would recommend them too all my friends and family. They really do go above and beyond.

The sad thing is the people who did the restoration work on my flooded apartment did more damage to my things than the flood itself. To top it off, they refuse to cooperate with my insurance company. It took approximately 10 days after the flood for me to be able to move back in. Upon coming home I noticed scratches on walls, doors and my dresser and bed. The dresser cost $4000 and the bed frame $3000 and we're only purchased a few months prior. The worst thing is that per my neighbors they left my front door open the entire time they were doing work on my unit. This includes at night when no one was there. They didn't lock up! Luckily nothing was stolen. Avoid this business like the plague.

ASAP Restoration came highly recommended so I called them up and Annette said a tech would get back to me on arrival time. Jeff called on the way from an appointment and he and Rick arrived earlier than promised. We had initially contacted another company earlier in the week.

Being the point of contact for a business in an emergency situation can be draining. I wish we had the recommendation sooner. Jeff & Rick (happy birthday Rick) got right to the inspection after talking with my boss and came back with the results and was able to begin the 5-day dry out process immediately upon approval. Can you say I was relieved? They installed the fans and air movers in every area that was impacted. They returned today to take readings. They also gave recommendations to help the process along. I am very pleased and am ending my work week better than it started. Our church is happy with their work and pricing for water mitigation services.
