From the drywall and painter Cesar to the people who came everyday to see if the area effective was dry, the people who packed up 2 rooms of our home and put all my nic nacs in bubble wrap better than I would and marked what shelf and where on the shelf I had each item and the one's who lifted my wide and heavy furniture that was not easy to get out of our front door. We offered to help but they had it. All of the many people from the office staff to the one's who came to our home were very pleasant, didn't complain and were hard workers.

Tom and Alicia are incredible! They arrived quickly after our call and did an excellent job handling our water damage and mold. The area was contained, and they left our home clean after their work was done. I highly recommend them for any of your water damage needs.

We had a burst pipe in our kitchen island that required removal of the cabinetry due to water saturation and microbial growth. Jenkins Restorations (Everett, Jose and Caleb) removed the cabinetry, determined what could be salvaged (cabinet doors and shelving), built supports for the granite countertop and sink, and brought in equipment to dry out the moisture from the leak. Totally professional and efficent. They helped make a bad situation easier to deal with. Highly recommend!

Venturi was contracted by our insurance company to repair interior damage from a roof leak from storm damage. Arrangements were made for painting in as timely a manner as was possible, since interior and exterior repairs needed to be coordinated. The painting crew assigned to us was quite poor. They did not cover our furnishings well and we found numerous spots of paint on our furniture, flooring, and appliances. Very disappointed in the quality of workmanship. Would not recommend.

While my experience did not start out well with poor communication and, at times, no communication I was not thrilled with the service that I was getting. Then Troy was assigned to help me out because the other guy was too busy and everything changed. I cannot speak highly enough about Troy's professionalism, communication and dedication to making things right. He was aware of my recent loss and the situation that my family was in and went above and beyond what I expected to see from any company. Troy and his crew were all phenomenal and I appreciate everything he has done for us. We are now living in the house and extremely happy with the repairs.

Go To Services is OK but the sub contractors vary from acceptable to poor. Amber T. was fine in communication in a somewhat difficult insurance roof and interior claim with repairs in excess of $40,000 so far. Catastrophe. Now leaks are back and the blame is being spread around.
16 months of buckets and now collapsed drywall ceiling and split drywall ceiling in the exact area of the claim.
Reviewed to soon..even after 17 MONTHS of work we thought this would be handled better HOWEVER the original estimate was incredibly inept (not Go To Fault). Now my roof is in less condition in someareas than before the claim. Fighting with Insurance and I AM THE AGENT !

I just want to thank Nick and his family for the great service they did at my home. I had a terrible situation with my kitchen sink and counter top but they were able to rectify and restore it with no problem. I want to thank them for being so professional and kind. Wow. We could not have asked for more responsive and awesome experience in a bad situation. The team responded immediately. We were kept informed at all stages. The team was extremely polite.
