I couldn’t be more impressed with the staff and services I received at Jenkins. Our bathtub was leaking and ended up getting all the way into our bedroom, it was a mess and super scary. The work hasn’t even been started yet after over 3 months going back and forth and starting from the top on every contact. Cannot provide us an accurate or complete quote of the work supposed to be starting in a weeks time. Will not work with us to include work we need or want done with the restoration. Having been living with black mold growing daily for 4 months already and at this point just going to accept it and find another company.
