I recently had a fire in my home, and I was completely overwhelmed by the damage. Thankfully, I called this restoration company, and they were a lifesaver! Their team was incredibly knowledgeable and compassionate and they worked tirelessly to restore my home to its former glory. I was blown away by their professionalism and their commitment to excellence. I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs help with fire damage restoration.

I called ASAP at about 9 PM expecting to leave a message or talk to an answering service. The owner Josh picked up the phone and was at my house within an hour of my call. He assessed the situation and after I agreed to what needed to be done he jumped into action. He left a few fans and a dehumidifier for a few days to dry things up and he called each day to be sure things were going well. A few days later he collected the gear and gave my former flood area a clean bill of health!
Josh was very conscientious about everything he did. When he removed the bottom part of the drywall he measured as to leave straight cuts, simplifying the future repair. He also cleaned up every single piece of debris and vacuumed the area when he was finished. Nobody wants a flood but when it happens you want ASAP to clean up afterwards!

The water mitigation crew was great!! From the top guy, Leo Norris, who brought the drying equipment the day after Christmas, to all the workers - Cee, Mario, Nico, Raul, Julio - who came daily to rip out, scrape, clean, pack, and take care of our situation, until it was all dry!! Great workers - professional, caring, knowledgeable, and friendly!! Thank you!!

Despite all the delays and issues my husband and I encountered with our rental company and the damage done by the AC company, Aaron form Zona Restoration was on top of our struggle, in contract with my daily, sometimes multiple times to inform me of what was happening. His crew was extremely professional and informative from the moment they because involved. Not only were they able to clean up and removed the water damage but they did a beautiful job repairing the damage done to the walls and carpet. I HIGHLY recommend them for anything needed and will keep their information on hand for the future when we are able to own a home again!

Ray Odum came to our home and figured out what the problem was and how to solve it. It was actually more extensive than we thought. He was very knowledgeable and professional and was always there when we had a question. All of his workmen were nice to work with. We never minded having them in our home. Guillermo is an exceptional tile man, a true artisan. We were very pleased with the end result. I would highly recommend this company for any restoration work.

This review is way too over due.

We had a leak that had caused water damage under our kitchen sink back in May. The plumber had recommended calling out a restoration person and had actually put in a referral. I was impatient and found ATH on yelp, and within a half hour they were at my house assessing the damages.

This was by far the best decision I made during the process. Nathan and his team were incredibly helpful and professional. They were wonderful at communicating with me about their entire process. They even came and met with the insurance adjuster and showed him pictures of the damages. I literally heard the adjuster say at one photo, Oh that's great, that will help me get them more back.

Hire them! You will not regret it!

Originally wanted to leave at least three stars because I thought they did an okay job, but I'll get to why I'm only giving two.

On the surface, Bingham/Murray seems like a fine company to take care of any water damage: the initial visit was very quick, every rep that came over was polite, they didn't waste time installing cabinets (when they actually came out to do so).

Two reasons why this company turned out to be a nightmare for me:
1. They don't practice standard billing procedures and utilize a LAW FIRM called Ehmke Law, a business notorious (seriously - State Farm has a special department just for handling their cases) for severely over-charging customers on purpose in order to squeeze the most money out of insurance.

Why should you care? Well, most times insurance companies see through this bad practice and deny the claim, which is followed by a threatening email from Ehmke stating you can either accept arbitration or accept responsibility for the remaining amount owed. So Ehmke either strong-arms the customer or the insurance company.

In my case, the entire demo + asbestos testing cost less than the restoration. I got one of these emails from Ehmke months after I thought the issue was resolved. I called the firm asking them to go through each line item on the bill explaining why it was so expensive. We went through each line item and the numbers still didn't add up; he literally didn't know how to explain the discrepancy! Unfortunately, I was forced to choose arbitration.

2. Bad build quality and communication. Didn't notice this until I started painting my cabinets a couple of weeks ago (hence the review). The cabinets they replaced had doors that were not installed properly, multiple holes along the cabinet face side, and they installed the fronts UPSIDE-DOWN on the cabinet under the sink. It looks like they just went to a thrift cabinet vendor, picked some lightly damaged ones, and called it a day. In retrospect, I wish I left the water damage because I would at least have my old cabinets in better condition than these things are.

Here's my short but heartfelt 5-star review of the Envision3 team. We have had absolutely solid, professional treatment by Jason and his crew. Testing process was very rigorous, as our issue was very difficult to locate as it is a newer, and a very clean and neat home. Jason had his mate come out to do a second test after hours (8 to 9 pm) as the issue was aggravating by night.
Alas, we have been trying to locate the mold problem in our walls for over two years (!!!) and Jason did it! Many tests were included in the quote, and the Envision3 team was definitely not stingy if more tests needed to run on top as it appeared. The wide array of measurement equipment was used, so they are very well equipped indeed.
All in all, kudos!
No photos as we haven't opened up the walls yet, but Jason has lined us up for the mitigation as well. Super. Highly recommended.
