There were very quick to respond to our initial call and were there that afternoon to look at our home. Service was started the next day and they were great at communicating when they would be there for service. They cleaned everything up when they were finished. It is a very stressful situation when you have a loss but they made it less stressful. I would highly recommend Service Masters.

Great customer service and prompt follow up. When ASAP Restoration could not help me with a refinishing job I need to get done, they immediately gave me not one but two sources to call that could provide the services I needed. They even sent an introduction email to the persons they recommended letting them know I would be calling. Outstanding!!

Coit was recommended by a friend. We had a just installed new carpet. Last night a raccoon had come in through the doggy door and pulled our trash over the new carpet. We knew this because of one of our video cameras showed him entering early in the morning. It was pretty scary! There was all kinds of nasty to say the least that had been smeared over the carpet. I was desperate to get the carpet cleaned immediately. When i called Coit they treated my situation with urgency! They were friendly and accommodating. The representative that I was speaking to could not guarantee that we could get out immediately so she transferred me to the local office. I was lucky enough to speak with the General Manager, Jonathan. He was extremely professional and responsive to our emergency. He had a Specialist, Markus at our door within the next 2 hours. The price for the 2 rooms and the hallway with air freshener and scotch guard was $150. Needless to say our carpets look new again and the smell is gone. I will be using these guys again and would recommend anybody that wants the best to do the same. In a pinch call Coit!

This team has been so incredible taking care of pack outs and deliveries. My house flooded and that same day we had a team here helping us manage and move everything in the affected areas. The professionalism and expertise while helping from Eddie, Julie, Maria and the whole team was impeccable. I would definitely recommend this company based on what services I received.

Would definitely recommend, without hesitation.I had them repair a spot where the master carpet meets the master bath tile. The carpet was coming up and I kept stepping on the tack strip through the carpet. He arrived early (after calling to make sure that was acceptable - how great is that!?!), looked at my repair and explained what he was going to do to fix the problem. He even had a Plan B if that repair was not satisfactory.I was so happy with the results I am going to try them for carpet cleaning.

Had a emergency leak Caleb and the rest of the crew from Rocky Mountain were AMAZING they were always on time closer to the start of the 2 hour window they stated, were time Efficient and amazing to work with they went above and beyond running to home Depot and setting up a temp sink for me! Beware of this company. Was used through insurance after a pipe leak. Titan was recommended by the insurance inspector who most likely gets a kickback from titan. Titan lied to the insurance company about the cost of the clean up from the leak to how much material was needed. Titan quoted for over 10 times the amount of drywall needed. After trying to schedule the repairs it took over a week to hear back and was told it would be a month out. Unacceptable business practices and will never recommend Titan to anyone.

Cleaned all my clothes and rugs. I think they are overpriced. My art work looks the same as when they took it. I do not think it was even touched but i sure was charged for it. Backing paper was still water stained. Looks like they just dried it out. I could of left it in this AZ heat to dry it off too. Took 3 months to get things back with multiple calls to get that accomplished.
