We came home from vacation to find a toilet leaked all week. We called 1-800-Water Damage and they came out within a couple hours and helped get our home dried out. Nothing but great things to say about Paul Davis. We had a roof leak that caused the ceiling in our guest room to cave in. Our insurance adjuster immediately recommended Paul Davis and they were here in less than 2 hours (amazing as it was a huge storm with damage all over). They cleaned up the water damaged materials, set up fans and dehumidifiers, tarped our roof and made sure we we did not get any mold from the water. Michael Rodriguez was especially great, worked hard, was courteous and extremely professional. He stayed until almost 11 the first night to make sure things were right and called me each day until the equipment was removed. I elected to use Paul Davis for reconstruction as well and anticipate continued good experiences.

I recently purchased a condo downtown and was shocked when my painters found mold behind some loose molding in the master bathroom. My husband and I were putting so much money into our new home and mold mitigation was never a part of the budget. We called several companies and got a lot of opinions. Fortunately, Bill Kelty the owner of GoTo Services answered our call and made time to evaluate the situation. The first thing Bill did was put us at ease. I was truly heartbroken when we discovered mold in our perfect new home. Bill went right to work to test the area and concluded that the mold was in fact contained to the wall behind the shower. Him and his technician removed the insulation, rotted sheetrock and sanitized the area and water tested to make sure there would be no repeat issues. The poorly grouted tile which was the cause of the problem was re-grouted and the wall re-enforced and patched - all done very quickly, professionally and without inconveniencing me or my husband. The price was reasonable and very well worth it considering it was handled with one phone call. I recommend GoTo Services to anyone who has water damage and needs it resolved quickly and without hassle.

We discovered a leak in our master bathroom that went under the floorboards of our closet and master bedroom and just created an absolute mess. I've never had to deal with something like this and when I reached out, I spoke with the owner and CEO Aaron who was just the kindest person in the world. He walked me through the entire process, including working with my insurance and the adjuster, they have their own public adjuster which is incredibly helpful in maximizing the insurance payout, and they do all the demo and reconstruction. Aaron sent out Edward and Nick and I can't say enough good things about both of them. Super professional, extremely efficient (they moved everything out of our packed master bedroom in less than 30 minutes with no damage to anything!) and they're just nice dudes. I have 3 dogs and every morning that Ed shows up he always takes time to say hi to them and pet them and that is just the coolest thing. 911 Restoration provided professional and timely service. We had a washing machine malfunction that flooded portions of our
house. Due to their quick response time and experience they were able to minimize the water damage and dry everything out. They also did a great job on the repair portion(needed new baseboards and painting.). Wonderful service!

What can I say. Mr. Rocky Dunn is a very professional person at what he does. Rocky goes above and beyond to get your problem big or small taken care of. He is very knowledgeable at what he does and wont leave the site until all question one may have get answered. Customer always comes first.
