What an amazing company! I had a water heater break in the garage. I first spoke with Alicia (at 7:30pm on a Wednesday night). Tom was out at my house by 8:00 pm and got me all set up with fans to start drying out the wood and drywall that was impacted. Tom walked me through the entire process, answered all of my questions, and was so thorough, and most importantly trustworthy. 1-800 Water Damage of Phoenix has to be one of the most ethical, fair and professional group that I have ever worked with. They have a customer for life! I hope I don't have a reason to need them in the future, but if I do, they are the ONLY company that I will call!

OMG, I don't know were to start with ASAP, because I am that pleased with them! I spoke with the owner Josh and I loved how I was not pressured to use his company, he gave me so much information and insight about what I should expect, watch out for with other companies and alternative options..... he was very transparent and up front no BS about this guy :-) The guys Mike, Raphael and Julian that came to my home to do the work were very pleasant, thorough and got the work done fast.......very funny down to earth guys. They were even available to me during the evening ours. They even clean my garage for me!!! :-) I would recommend them to anyone that has issues with any leakage problems in their home because they are that good!

Wow!!! Amazing service and care! We had water damage from an overflow sink. Servpro came out ASAP and took care of removing all water damage and humidity from our home. Shout out to Rueben, Rick and Crew for doing an amazing job! You left our house as clean as a whistle. I'm glad you were the first we called to get the job done.

I would put in a zero but there’s no way to make a comment without at least marking one star. They need to fix what was not improperly completed and they need to fix the money issues. They were really good about telling me someone else’s work was shabby but then when their work was shabby they didn’t see it. What someone else had done was easily fixable but what they did is impossible to fix without tearing out my walls. They really played me for being stupid. Oh, they’re great sales people. Also, their cabinet man ran off in the middle. I have a lot more to say but I ran out of time.

These people work extremely efficiently. Every step of the way, they work like a perfectly oiled machine. As stressful as my water damage was, Kareem and his team did a very good job.

Express Restoration is very result driven they provide great customer service with fast turn around results

I don't want to get anyone in trouble,but, I am not pleased with the results of the carpet cleaning.It was late in the afternoon when the young man arrived and the lighting in the living room was quite low. The carpet is also old and has seen better days.I did not realize until two days later that there were numerous places in the hall and living room that looked about the same as they did before the attempt at cleaning.I have guest coming in a few days and don't want to go through the hassle of having any additional cleaning done at this time.I regard this as a private conversation, and I really do not want my comments posted on the internet. We used Square One Restoration Water Fire Smoke Damage Repair to restore our bathroom that had been flooded. Water everywhere. Walls badly damaged. They fixed everything. Total pros, easy to work with - they dealt directly with the insurance company.

Very happy with my experience with integrity. They are very nice and professional and did a great job. I was super impressed how they cleaned and wiped everything down when unpacking. Lucas the guy running the crew made sure everything was done to my satisfaction and even returned some cash money that was found while they were unpacking!

Got 5 estimates on my property from different licensed contractors. These guys where 6x more expensive than any other estimate! How is that even possible!!! I would make sure to shop around before making a choice.
