Best Environmental Cleanup in Phoenix AZ

I have worked with AZ Fire & Water for the last few years. They have always been professional and communication is extremely helpful in helping decide how to move forward after something bad has happened!

Service was fast and good. Employees kind, neat, clean , respectful and compassionate.

We had a major restoration project in store after a slow leak was discovered in our bathroom, with water seeping into surrounding rooms. The water damage was pretty extensive. We initially got a quote from another company, but they were extremely pushy about filing an insurance claim. I had my reasons not to file one, but they weren't listening.

Eventually, I started looking for other quotes. ASAP responded within five minutes, and the owner Josh called me. The contrast between him and the other company was night and day. He was very straightforward and honest with me, and was very willing to work with me. Within an hour, he had someone out to do an estimate (at 10:30 PM). The next morning, a crew was out at my house removing the water and mold, and they moved quickly and efficiently. The drywall crew that followed was incredible. They had a pretty big project on their hands, but handled it with ease, and went above and beyond to make sure our house was in top shape.

From start to finish, the whole process was very smooth, communication was top notch, and the cost was affordable. Dan, who was overseeing the project, was awesome. He came out multiple times to check on the job and was very communicative and straightforward. I highly recommend these guys and will certainly use them again if I have another problem in the future.

During a stressful time after water damage to my home, I was very surprised that every staff member that entered my home was professional, couteous, even respectful of our home and belongings. Lucus, Matt, Julie, Yarida are welcome back in my home any time. I would definitely recommend and won't call anyone else if there's ever a next time.

Fantastic work from Ciryus he was on time and very professional during this loss. His boss Rowell was very on top of things and kept updating my friend loss at the house. Hired AZ EC, Inc to remove old popcorn ceiling that tested positive for COVID. Just kidding, it tested positive for asbestos! Bryan was great to work with and his crew did a great job. The job was harder than expected and the team put in the work needed and the quote never changed.

We got what we wanted - no more popcorn ceiling and a clearance test saying we had no more asbestos.

Fast, efficient. And honest. A scammer came to our home and said all drywall needed replacing. EHS only did what was necessary. The are professional and neat. Did a great job.

Here's my short but heartfelt 5-star review of the Envision3 team. We have had absolutely solid, professional treatment by Jason and his crew. Testing process was very rigorous, as our issue was very difficult to locate as it is a newer, and a very clean and neat home. Jason had his mate come out to do a second test after hours (8 to 9 pm) as the issue was aggravating by night.
Alas, we have been trying to locate the mold problem in our walls for over two years (!!!) and Jason did it! Many tests were included in the quote, and the Envision3 team was definitely not stingy if more tests needed to run on top as it appeared. The wide array of measurement equipment was used, so they are very well equipped indeed.
All in all, kudos!
No photos as we haven't opened up the walls yet, but Jason has lined us up for the mitigation as well. Super. Highly recommended.
