We had water in the master bathroom. I reached out to my insurance company and 1-800 Water Damage came to the rescue. The service technician was great in terms of professional, efficient and cleanliness. I really appreciated that he cleaned up as he went. Tom Hodges was great throughout the process. I would highly recommend.

After my home was damaged by flood & wind, I used Jenkins Restorations to repair my home. While there were issues that arose during the process, Project Manager Matthew Rosenbaum, stepped in and made sure everything was completed to my upmost satisfaction. His kindness and understanding, along with his competence and skill insured my home would be restored and all damages repaired with quality and concern.

I'm in disbelief! This company is insane! Poor quality, poor service, lack of communication, and the list goes on. I would not recommend this company to anyone! They are not good at all. Please save your time and energy and transfer and find business else where! They are not worth it!

Compassionate, fast, quality, and trustworthy work in an emergency flood situation ( pipe burst in our home). I have to start off by saying customer service is spectacular! From start to finish Holly and Bill stayed in complete communication. I had a water leak some years back in my bathroom, the people that came and took care of it did not really take care of it. I recently replaced the vanity in that bathroom and notice black mold behind the vanity and on the walls. I called Go To Services and they had someone out to my house the next day. They came in and removed the dry wall about 3/4 up the wall and sprayed Kilz on everything in the wall. The people prior did not properly air out the water and causing the mold to grow. BUT this was not the only time Go To Services helped me out! I recently had a room converstion done, adding extra storage space to my home and they were able to put a wall, drywall, and paint in less than 3 days....it was AMAZING! I highly recomend this company and everyone that is involved! way to go GO TO! you have my business from here on out!

I am due any day now with my first child , and dealing with these house issues is the last thing I want on my mind. After calling so many exterminators , bee removal specialist , home inspectors , I have never been so relieved in my life to call ASAP Restoration. I called and sent him pictures with what I was trying to achieve and what the problem was . I had no where to start. Josh helped me and kept his word that he would call me back after he asked around for what the issues are. He even made suggestions and sent me websites and referrals of what to do , and how he would come in. For someone who is not even getting any incentive out of this to just help someone is beyond me. I will be using this company anytime I have a problem , and I could not appreciate the help and time that he put into helping me and my husband. Thank god that there are people around like this company.

Wow, what an awesome positive experience. I would highly recommend this company. They responded to my flood within 2 hours of my call. The moment Aaron answered my call I knew this was the right company. He had a calmness in his voice when I was very much upset and he calmed me down. Aaron explained to me that Will and his crew would be out he explained the whole process of drying out, checking for mold etc. Will and the crew worked very hard and kept me informed every step of the way. The next person I met was Ken and his crew who put my house back together again. From start to finish, TOP NOTCH CREW and COMPANY. I highly recommend them.

We used Square One Restoration Water Fire Smoke Damage Repair to restore our bathroom that had been flooded. Water everywhere. Walls badly damaged. They fixed everything. Total pros, easy to work with - they dealt directly with the insurance company.

We recently had the misfortune of having our water heater breaking and emptying all of its water into our guest room. Our walls and carpet were fully soaked. We called 991 Restoration and Rocky Dunn was at our home within an hour. The damage was extensive but Rocky and his crew worked for several hours removing the effected dry wall, molding and carpet. They immediately set up all the necessary fans and dehumidifiers to begin the drying process to insure we did not develop mold. The drying process took several days, and Rocky was there each day to check the moister levels. After the drying process was complete Rocky coordinated the reinstallation of the carpet and began the work of reinstalling the drywall and molding. His pricing was very reasonable, and his work was impeccable. Rocky was also very helpful in working with our insurance company minimizing the total time of disruption to our home. While this is not an event anyone wants to go through, we were very fortunate to work with Rocky and 911 Restoration. Highly recommend Rocky and his team for any of your needs.

We were about to have over 50 guests show up for a graduation party for our children when my wife discovered a leak in our garage- OH NO!!!! I had a friend refer R2 Fire and Water.
