We had as great of an experience as you can have when finding out we had mold in our ceiling. Tom Hodges and his crew came in the same day I called them and quickly removed the mold, sealed it off and died up all the moisture. I've actually had to use them twice now for unrelated plumbing water damage and they were great both times. I highly recommend them!

These guys did a great job at our Assisted Living Home. We had a kitchen flood due to the RO system under the sink and they were onsite in less than an hour to help! They also helped coordinate a plumber out the same day to help fix the leak. Everyone was very professional and our staff was impressed at how efficient they were. Spoke with John at ASAP Restoration about water damage and mold in our house. He quickly wrote up an estimate. His team Herald and Arturo came out and tented all areas where mold was present, and quickly got to work removing areas that needed to be remediated. They worked VERY well and VERY clean. During house renovations, our house was unoccupied and, due to construction holes, roof rats found a new home. The Bio One team who came out were friendly, professional, quick, efficient, and thorough.
