Top notch service from this restoration company. Jose & crew arrived quickly, performed the mitigation and cleanup perfectly. He came back every day, on time, to check on the dry out process, until properly completed. They cleaned everything up real good, as expected. Project manager Matt R went above & beyond to explain the entire process, answer all questions, provided the re-build quote paperwork quickly, and worked with our insurance company to get the settlement completed in an expedited manner.

BOR was very professional, right on time, friendly, skilled, and thorough. I had water damage from a leaking water heater and they did an outstanding job making sure every speck of mold was removed and all drywall, baseboards, and paint were restored. It looks better than it did originally now. Would highly recommend them for your restoration needs.

ASAP Restoration just recently completed a project in our house for water damage and mold. First response from Josh (owner) was within hours of my first call. That same afternoon he had arranged for a subcontractor to perform mold tests. Work was started the next day after we got the mold test results. Personal follow up by Josh was outstanding. My parents had a big house fire the other day and our insurance agent (my brother in law) asked for them because he saw how well they worked on other homes. Well, i am so glad he asked for Kowalski construction. They did it all. From board up, to photos and videos, to help my parents get a beautiful home in the end. After a house fire, no one knows what to do or what's going to happen. These guys (especially Riley) have been nothing but the most professional, courteous, and helpful of all after the fire. They calmed my parents down, talked them through it, and gave them hope. What more can you ask for after something so big happens?!? You made it a lot easier for us to get through this.

I'll post before and after photos, but we have a long road in front of us and so glad you are the ones with us!!! Update- we are done. We have had some issues along the way but it was expected. We only have 1 big problem and we are working it out. The back yard was left unfinished even through it was in the initial paperwork to have Kowalski's do it. I won't go into detail until we see the resolution.

Here's my short but heartfelt 5-star review of the Envision3 team. We have had absolutely solid, professional treatment by Jason and his crew. Testing process was very rigorous, as our issue was very difficult to locate as it is a newer, and a very clean and neat home. Jason had his mate come out to do a second test after hours (8 to 9 pm) as the issue was aggravating by night.
Alas, we have been trying to locate the mold problem in our walls for over two years (!!!) and Jason did it! Many tests were included in the quote, and the Envision3 team was definitely not stingy if more tests needed to run on top as it appeared. The wide array of measurement equipment was used, so they are very well equipped indeed.
All in all, kudos!
No photos as we haven't opened up the walls yet, but Jason has lined us up for the mitigation as well. Super. Highly recommended.
