I used the service to keep all pest down. The agent Justin that is assigned to my area, is always on time, works with me on the scheduling ,because my spouse works at nite and sleep during the day. And he is always willing to try and work around his schedule. He makes sure he explains what he have seen around the house and if it might be a problem or he went ahead and took care of it. I bought a new house from a builder for which they did the plumbing installation. Their plumbing services are bad on so many levels:

My tankless water heater that Younger Brothers installed went out on a Thursday and I called Younger Brothers. They never called back — not even for an “emergency” repair. I finally got a hold of someone on Monday. At first they said it was not covered under warranty even though I had just moved into the house, and then when I explained the situation, they realized they had to cover it for another year. Their installers never connected the condensation drain to the unit during the installation. They scheduled the service appointment finally for the following Tuesday to finish their faulty installation. This is absolutely the worst customer service imaginable.
