I own a company that is around restoration companies all the time, while most companies try and get ever dollar they can 1-800 water damage does the exact opposite they try to do things for there customers to save them money and so the customer only gets what they need and do not have to pay extra. Absolutely outstanding!! Our hot water heater was apparently not installed correctly some time ago ~ which did not allow the pressure valve to release unfortunately this caused our hot water heater heater to burst. Dan was our project manager he handled our job with with absolutely outstanding professional service he arrived within 1/2 after I called him immediately diagnosing the situation and getting everything under control. We were informed about every aspect of the if they whole process he handled our home as if it was his home. The work area was always kept safe and extremely clean he throughly checked for additional water damage and also returned to ensure the area was drying out properly instead of just doing “ the minimal to get you by and we will leave these fans running until we get back sometime “ he went above and beyond to ensure that our project was done correctly. I am very very pleased.

Wozzers! We came home from a 2 week vacation and 90% of my house located in North Scottsdale was flooded. I immediately contacted my home warranty company, who dispatched a plumbing company. Approximately, 5 minutes after the plumber arrived, he asked if could use the restroom. I was extremely shocked of the conversation I overheard, since the door was ajar.

I learned immediately that homeowners can’t necessarily trust plumbers to refer honest and reputable water damage professionals because the plumber is more focused on how much money they can make by placing a simple phone call. This plumber spent almost 15 minutes in my restroom contacting numerous restoration companies to see who would offer the most amount of money “referral fee”.

I was extremely curious if this was normal business practices for restoration companies, so I turned to the net immediately to gather more information while my husband started taking photos of the extent of damages with his cellphone. I called several water restoration companies and was amazed to find out that paying plumbers, roofers, hvac companies, etc. an average of $1000 to $2000 per valid lead is the norm.

When I contacted ASAP Restoration LLC, I immediately asked how much the referral fee would be on a loss of more than 8,500 square feet. Joshua Rudin, owner of ASAP Restoration LLC answer was simple, “We don’t pay referral fees, nor do we believe in referral fees”. We learned that they refuse to do business with anyone who is only giving away leads to make money. They focus on building long-term relationships with contractors who are willing to refer because they trust ASAP Restoration LLC quality of work (with no monies exchanging hands).

My Father who is 86 years old had water damage from the upstairs condo & had no Idea what to do Debi & her staff took care of packing

What can I say. Mr. Rocky Dunn is a very professional person at what he does. Rocky goes above and beyond to get your problem big or small taken care of. He is very knowledgeable at what he does and wont leave the site until all question one may have get answered. Customer always comes first. I could go on and on but at the time that my wife and I were overwhelmed and stress over our flood Rocky came in and took care of it all. Will recommend Rocky and his company to anyone anytime.

On July 31, 2019, I arrived at the house, after being out for several hours. I opened the front door to find an inch and a half of water covering over 2000 ft.² of the ground level.
