Went away for a weekend and came back to discover my dishwasher had leaked all over our home. Water had traveled from the kitchen into our living room and into the bedrooms throughout the house. I don't know how long the water was sitting but it was long enough for everything to get soaked. We called our insurance immediately. Within about 2 hours the Service Master Desert Dry team was onsite and got to work. The guys on the job were great. They explained the process, answered my questions, and worked with my insurance and returned our home back to normal in a few days. The crews that followed up explained the timeline and helped me with my insurance when I needed it. This had never happened to me before so I really appreciated how helpful their team was throughout the process.

He drove out to my rental property the same day my tenant discovered a leak in the ceiling and began setting up his equipment right away before the problem could get worse. Three days later he showed up on a holiday to inspect the ceiling and make sure no mold had grown. I can't recommend Robert and Phoenix Water Damage Services enough!
