We experienced major water damage to our entire house due to a reverse osmosis system failure. I phoned ASAP and Josh was there before the close of business that day. He immediately started the water mitigation process which was a huge endeavor. His crew was in that night and worked thruout the night to pack the entire house out, demo the water damaged areas, which was extensive, and place the necessary equipment to contain and remove the remaining water. He and lead contractor Tom Hewett were equally diligent in their rebuilding of virtually the entire house. Josh, Tom and the various crew that Josh contracts with did an exceptional job in all aspects of this process. ASAP Restoration comes with high marks!

Hasso came to the house and fixed holes made in the walls and replaced molding. He was on time which I was very pleased about. He let me know exactly what was going to be done. I was very happy to see the walls were done so perfect! You can't tell there was holes at all? The molding is flawless and he matched all my paint colors perfectly! What can I say. Mr. Rocky Dunn is a very professional person at what he does. Rocky goes above and beyond to get your problem big or small taken care of. He is very knowledgeable at what he does and wont leave the site until all question one may have get answered. Customer always comes first. I could go on and on but at the time that my wife and I were overwhelmed and stress over our flood Rocky came in and took care of it all. Will recommend Rocky and his company to anyone anytime.
