After water leak within wall in home in Scottsdale , Az., ASAP Restoration responded promptly the same day as called, and began the DRYOUT phase of the project, while the plumbing contractor was working.
The total job, including the REMEDIATION/RECONSTRUCTION phase was performed in a timely fashion, according to schedule.
The insurance adjusters price was accepted by ASAP, and the workmanship was of high quality( per my property manager).

They were AMAZING! They came out same day, they were SUPER nice & professional, they fixed my roof in a very timely manor. Also, I was on a budget & they worked with me to keep it from going over what I could afford without lessening the quality of service. Oliver came out from Roto-Rooter for a toilet issue. He was on time, very professional and friendly. Before Oliver started any work he explained what issues it could be and the associated costs, which was nice to hear up front. He completed the repair and cleaned the area. Before paying he made sure it was work in correctly. I am very satisfied with the service tech and will not hesitate to call Roto-Rotor again.

Titan did everything possible to make my experience great. Insurance told me they enjoy working with Titan. That in itself says a lot.

I called 2 other companies priors to calling them. They were the only company to answer and were there under 40 mins. I was very thankful for the prompt response time, since the sewer line baked up at my condo complex. They are fast, professional, and do great work. If you need fast quality service call them.

Charged over $7k to remove Sheetrock that had fallen from hurricane Laura. Didn’t do what they said they would do. No mold remediation. No fans. No treatment. No blowers. Nothing. In and out in less than an hour. Had to pay another company to come in and remove remaining Sheetrock, insulation etc. out of pocket.
Total scamming, storm chasing company.
DO NOT USE. WILL NOT FORGET.
