What outstanding service! Tristan and AZFW were great. Not less then 3 months into my first home a had a major water drain pipe go out that took my guest bathroom and half my kitchen with it. I call them and rest is history. Tristan my project manager had me up to dates on repairs everyday.

Big rain and wind from Monsoon in Apache Junction. A leak somewhere on the roof & as a result the ceiling fell in my guest room. The room was covered with very wet Insulation and ceiling pieces. I called Venturi at about 9 am and Tim arrived about 2pm. He cleaned up the room and installed 3 heat fans to dry the room. He came back to check the room the following 3 days (calling before he came) & finally it was dry enough to take the fans away. The following steps will be with the insurance company. I do want to thank Tim for being very knowledgeable and professional during this stressful time. He even told me to call him at any time if I had any problems when he was not at my home. I went through an extremely stressful situation with water damage in my home recently & from start to finish, Belfor made me feel like a top priority. Rowell was communicative, responsive, and very professional. The jobs were done quickly & they kept me in the loop throughout it all, especially with my complicated work schedule.
