Hired by insurance company to do warranty work for a prior contractor. Frank was very professional, replied to calls and texts and followed up on work being done. The roofers came promptly and explained everything that needed to be done, showed pictures and very professional. The painter kept trying and trying to get the proper paint match,,,, mission accomplished.

Belfor kept excellent communication with us during the stressful repairs. Special props to Juan Grado as the project manager and his team. They completed the repairs on our schedule and Juan came out several times to make sure we were happy with the work and his crew. If we pointed anything out to touch up Juan had someone out immediately to make it right. The Belfor team were very pleasant to work with and the work that was done looks great. I had an unexpected flood and chose ACR from my State Farm list of construction companies to finish out the construction work. A team of two brothers came out for most of the work - Beau and his brother (cannot remember name) were so respective of my time and property-and were very particular about their work. Impeccable work and very kind.
When the construction was done - the company moved back the heavy furniture, moved in order to re-carpet and paint. Rapheal and Patrick wore little booties, not to make mess on my tile flooring or carpet. They rehooked my washer and dryer - and tested both - found a leak in hose on washer - and took the time to go to homedepot and get the part and replace this part on my washer. Again showing detailed work and respected my home and myself with respect.

Saying Ryan's team provided a great experience for a less than ideal situation would be an understatement. They were able to come out on short notice, quoted me _FAR_ less than a competing company, and saved me potentially thousands of dollars in repairs. Bob and Chris were extremely professional, wore proper PPE while in my residence and were clearly competent on the subject matter. I always felt that they genuinely cared and had my best interest for the course of action they described. They turned a potential nightmare into at most a temporary inconvenience.
