Brad and his team are very quick to respond when disaster strikes. They were here as soon as I got of the phone with them. Due to how fast the respond, they saved our office from having any more damage and saved us more time and money. These guys are very professional and friendly and do a great job. They always follow up to make sure they work is done correctly. Won't use anyone else besides these guys!

These guys need a shoutout. Had a couple projects that needed cleaned up in the house and had Servpro of Thunderbird Valley come out and did a fantastic job. Not only did they do an amazing job, they were very professional and even sent a follow up thank you card for choosing them. Highly recommended if you need any work done in your home, or God forbid have a disaster and need a great crew to come take care of it. Good customer service is hard to come by these days and these guys nailed every aspect. Great job guys!

I came home from a weekend trip and I had a ton of water flooding into my hallway from the laundry room. After talking with my insurance company they told me that I was going to need to use a water damage restoration company. They
suggested a couple companies, one of which was Square One Restoration. I spoke with Ryan and he sent his team out right away. Their customer service has been terrific, we used them for the dry out and reconstruction. Thanks for all your help!!!

Kenny listened to what I wanted, never told me no and never tried to steer me in a direction that was just “so-so” just so that it would be easier for he and his team to complete in a timely fashion. We had a timeline, and it was met. His team is 100% reliable and dependable and they were all very friendly. Kenny was more than happy to fix any issues and I can’t tell you how much I appreciate that. It’s one thing to get the job done, it’s another to get it done right. I also felt that he was fair with what he charged for the work. This is a company you can trust and I’m so glad he was recommended to us. My husband told me he’d never let me remodel because he could never trust that the contractor would complete quality work. Then after we were forced to after the flood, I cringed at the thought, but the process couldn’t have been more positive. I highly recommend Acuity Builders.

Nick and Hugo did an excellent job removing water and the damage it made. They definitely made me feel comfortable in a bad situation. They were very friendly, respectful and honest. They were also very efficient. I would recommend them and use them again.

They were AMAZING! They came out same day, they were SUPER nice & professional, they fixed my roof in a very timely manor. Also, I was on a budget & they worked with me to keep it from going over what I could afford without lessening the quality of service. His knowledge as to what to expect prepared me for the difficult conversation with my residents. Throughout the entire process Justin was always available, providing daily updates and offering stellar Customer Service. He even stepped in and talked to residents on my behalf to offer an extra level of comfort. Justin turned a hectic situation into a very smooth process.
