KIWI is always prompt and they do a great job. The carpets smell and look clean when they are finished. And I have pets! They use real carpet cleaning techniques. They do the job they say they will do without trying to up sell you on services you don't need. I don't use anyone else anymore to clean the carpets.

I am late with doing this review as the work was done back in August of 2022....i would like to say that the cleaning of our living room carpet was great! They brought it back to life after not being cleaned for at least 25 years. We have white plush carpeting so it was pretty dirty, but it was cleaned up fantastically! We are so grateful that our carpet came back to life! Not only did they clean our carpet but they were very professional while doing it. If you need your carpet cleaned do not hesitate to give this company a call , you will not regret it! Thank you for doing a wonderful job on our carpet , we will be calling you again soon!

Their reviews were great so we gave them a call. Nathan was extremely helpful coming out to asses the work that needed to be done. He was also able to recommend a great plumber along with a company to help in our rebuild. We are very thankful we found ATH restoration. Since we had no clue about the process to follow with a water leak, we were able to trust the information Nathan and his team gave us to be accurate. Nathan was always available to answer any questions we had and constantly checked on us to make sure things were going smoothly while our house was drying out with fans! We hope to never need these services again but would recommend Nathan and his team to anyone that found themselves in the same situation we were in. ServPro of Paradise Valley rescued us from a disastrous situation! My elderly mother's house flooded while I was out of town. Her plumber had her call a well-known remediation company that was truly awful, and they left my mother stranded for weeks with a torn up house in dangerous condition. Beware and be sure to do research before hiring!
I terminated the agreement, and after some research, I called ServPro of Paradise Valley. Josh came to her house and began the mitigation and reconstruction process. I honestly cannot emphasize enough how impressed I was throughout the whole process. Josh was attentive, thorough, and the work done was excellent! He personally addressed any concerns we had along the way, and made an overwhelming experience feel manageable. Most importantly, Josh is a man of integrity who treated us as though we were always his most important concern (even though I know he was incredibly busy during this time.) He truly lives up to the verse at the end of each of his emails, Colossians 3:23, which says, Whatsoever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord.
The work is complete with beautiful updates!! I am forever grateful to have found ServPro of Paradise Valley. If you are searching for help with remediation/reconstruction, this is a company you can certainly trust. I highly recommend them and would hire them again for any similar situation!

The machines these guys had to dry my home were amazing. All the air movers were a matching green color and the whole crew was really helpful. We had a leak in our bathroom which flooded half our house. We didn't know who to call, so we got in contact with our insurance agent, and they recommend I call SERVPRO of North Central Mesa. Within an hour we had a team of Servpro employees here to help. With the help of the team extracting the water from the house and setting equipment like air movers and De-humidifiers I was able to live comfortable in my own home.

We had a Kitchen restoration done after a leak under my kitchen sink was detected. Kenny was very attentive to our needs. His team showed up on time, were very professional and completed their tasks on time. We are very happy with the outcome. Would recommend in the future!

My husband was relieved after a water leak. Everyone was very helpful and professional. Upon removal of their equipments, Patrick made sure the affected areas are clean.

All Dry was a fantastic help! We called them once we first noticed we had water damage. They put us on their schedule right away and within days had the damage removed and the area drying. They helped us find the source of the water damage and hooked us up with an hvac guy to fix the problem. The guy he recommended was awesome and very well priced. All dry even got us hooked up with a rebuild company to do the repairs once the drying was done. All dry made this whole process so much easier! I highly recommend them!

This guy was hired by allstate to check on moisture issues found on a bedroom carpet in my home after a heavy rain..He came in and suggested the claim from allstate to be dropped and advised he could do the work of drying out the area, replace the padding under the carpet and that he would check for the issue causing the leak..
A fan was placed in the area and left overnight..The area was checked the following day and the padding was never replaced and the cause of the damage was never looked into..The charge for using a fan? $300..When he was questioned via email about the work and the charge the entire story of what was going to be done had changed and a breakdown of costs was created in an attempt to justify the $300 charge.
A deceptive and dishonest business that overcharged and didn't do as promised..I would steer clear of this shady businessman..
Allstate was given the information and hopefully, do not use this business for any of their claims issues..
