We had to use servpro for a flood we had in our house in san tan valley. They did a great job and got it done pretty quickly. They helped us communicate back and forth with our insurance which was really helpful. Our insurance adjuster was pretty good, but because they never really had a chance to visit the property so there were some issues they weren't really understanding and Paul and Cary helped us get the adjuster to understand why some flooring issues needed to be covered even though they originally trying to not cover them.

Julian was great. He arrived exactly at the time that he said he would and remedied the situation in a professional and personally reassuring manner. If I were operating a business I would be looking to hire as many Julian’s as I could find.

These guys were a pleasure to work with. We contacted them on a Saturday afternooon regarding a mold issue in our bathroom and high concerns with newborn in the house. Leonard came out the same day to assess the situation and mold removal began promptly at 9am on Monday. We have worked with a lot of different type of services and contractors and the service kept everything clean was very responsive and communicative and helped resolve the issue fast end with precision.

I highly recommend Lotus Contracting Services - we had a flood situation in a building we manage early on a Friday morning. Jill had her team on site in a matter of minutes dealing with the situation. They were able to stop the water flow and had the effected areas dried completely by Monday morning. They were fast and efficient and solved the problem in a highly professional manner.

We had a house fire/lightning strike 19 months ago and still not close to completion. It has been one error after another, poor communication, and submitting sub par estimates. What they will say and do are completely different. They don't seem to care or speak knowledgeable about city codes and details of the job. I don't recommend or have confidence in this company. They seem overworked and not engaged in the project. You know it's a bad sign when after you sign a contract you are the one doing most of the follow up and feel like you work for the company. They actually sent the wrong house estimate to our insurance company. They aren't detailed oriented. They will blame the insurance company for not providing funds for damage and things not covered. They either have 1 star reviews or 5 star reviews. That's not a good sign. Don't do it!!!! We highly recommend a public adjuster and they are unable to effectively deal with the insurance company. I am writing this to save you a nightmare.

The Kustom cleanup crew were very respectful and courteous during this chaotic time! And worked quickly too. The whole process from beginning to end took longer than we had expected, but any questions we had were answered in a timely manner. Thank you to Kustom!

Having your home completely flooded, and ruined is not something I’d wish on anybody. I am so thankful, I was referred to Slate Restoration, they put me to ease and were very kind, helpful and clear on what was damaged and how the process worked for getting everything back to the way it was. If you ever find yourself in a situation where you need assistance fixing your home after a bad storm, fire. Don’t hesitate to call the Slate team! Cleaned all my clothes and rugs. I think they are overpriced. My art work looks the same as when they took it. I do not think it was even touched but i sure was charged for it. Backing paper was still water stained. Looks like they just dried it out. I could of left it in this AZ heat to dry it off too. Took 3 months to get things back with multiple calls to get that accomplished.
