These guys did a great job for us. They came to our home on time and ready to work. Friendly, respectful, and great to work with. They corrected the damage super fast. Im thankful to have done business with them!

I thought it was just a small leak in the kitchen, but they took it seriously. They had someone out by that afternoon. JP was great. He set up the blowers and then explained patiently what was going to be done. He checked back with me on a regular basis. Even after his part of the work (the demolition) was finished, he checked in to see if I needed anything. Great guy. He was why I did not hesitate to use Rocky Mountain Restoration to finish the restoration work. Thanks, JP.

These guys were a pleasure to work with. We contacted them on a Saturday afternooon regarding a mold issue in our bathroom and high concerns with newborn in the house. Leonard came out the same day to assess the situation and mold removal began promptly at 9am on Monday. We have worked with a lot of different type of services and contractors and the service kept everything clean was very responsive and communicative and helped resolve the issue fast end with precision.

My bathroom flooded because of a worn wax ring under my toilet. Once I tore up my toilet and floor I had Lotus come out and check for additional flooding and they also helped me dry my slab. They were very quick to respond and extremely friendly!

800 board up was fantastic. Not only did they get to our business within an hour of our call.... woman drove into our veterinary clinic, all was ok thankfully...and had the work done and cleaned up within 90 minutes. Thank you guys for being so helpful. Dr. Thomasson

After a tumultuous encounter with a plumbing leak and repairs, we met with Chris at Kustom who took care of the damage caused by the leak. After working with him, he was so helpful and informative, we decided to have Kustom also do the back part of our house as well as a bathroom remodel. He kept us informed and updated during the process. When it was time to start, we had the pleasure of meeting Jimmy who was the Project manager. He met with us and covered everything from A to Z. He laid out the timeline of events as to when the pack out folks would come, demo crew, drywall crew, flooring, bath remodel and painting would be done. Blanca the pack out/in manager and her team did a fantastic job boxing and packing and moving all to a storage pod, then moving us back in, even doing a light cleaning of our place! Jimmy and Crew paid so much attention to detail and kept everything organized and on track to be completed in the two week timeline. Jorge and his crew that laid our flooring on point! It's safe to say the work that Kustom did was outstanding! WE look forward to them doing our Kitchen remodel after the first of the year! My water heater was on its last leg and leaked all over my garage. Titan came out the next morning, cleaned it up, checked everything for damage, and left fans.

They were fantastic to work with, very nice and professional! I highly recommend Titan Restoration!!

Drivers are reckless on the road! Why would I EVER trust them with my home??? Clearly there is no management keeping an eye on these guys.

Here's my short but heartfelt 5-star review of the Envision3 team. We have had absolutely solid, professional treatment by Jason and his crew. Testing process was very rigorous, as our issue was very difficult to locate as it is a newer, and a very clean and neat home. Jason had his mate come out to do a second test after hours (8 to 9 pm) as the issue was aggravating by night.
Alas, we have been trying to locate the mold problem in our walls for over two years (!!!) and Jason did it! Many tests were included in the quote, and the Envision3 team was definitely not stingy if more tests needed to run on top as it appeared. The wide array of measurement equipment was used, so they are very well equipped indeed.
All in all, kudos!
No photos as we haven't opened up the walls yet, but Jason has lined us up for the mitigation as well. Super. Highly recommended.

After a very long and at times very frustrating process, my two bathrooms are finally completed, following an upstairs toilet leak which resulted in additional damage to the downstairs bathroom below. Nobody ever wants to have a damaging water leak, but when you do, you want to hire a company that's going to follow through and make sure the job gets done. Danjee did just that. I appreciated his effort to help make an unfortunate situation better by addressing each of my concerns and made sure that I was a satisfied customer in the end.

My husband and I were in a pinch needing carpet cleaners at the last minute and AZ Same Day Service was ready to come out in 2hrs, on a Sunday, and do a Move out carpet clean! So thankful for this company! They are professional, friendly, and compassionate to your needs!!! Gonna use them every time!
