A careless tile removal job from a contractor left our entire house caked with dust. Our world just stopped, we were devastated. A friend had us call Rick, who came out and set us up right away. Scott and Alex came out and went over and beyond our expectations. Absolutely the best!!! Thank you for your professionalism and dedication. Derek was also very helpful, and the communication was terrific. This is how customer service should be everywhere.

I finally found my go to company for things that deteriorate in my older home. It's difficult to find an honest, helpful company these days, but Kowalski Construction is all of this and more. Jason went out of his way to show me exactly what was going to be done and why. Ron was a friendly and skilled expert at fixing and repainting the damaged drywall. All at a fair and reasonable price. Working with Jonathan was amazing! He explained everything he needed to do to get rid of the water and mold from the flood in our office so we knew what to expect. He was extremely professional and polite! They haven't gotten to the restoration phase yet, but I will be back to review upon it's completion.

We had some leaks in our apartment complex, and one day, they came to take a look at our laundry room and try to repair some of the damage. They pulled out the washer and dryer, and put it back, left without saying a word, and a few hours later I try to wash mi clothes and find the washer is not working. It was the days before, so I’m sure the guy who put back our washer and dryer forgot to connect something. Now I’m left with my clothes and the detergent in the washer, and cannot do my laundry.

Cleaned all my clothes and rugs. I think they are overpriced. My art work looks the same as when they took it. I do not think it was even touched but i sure was charged for it. Backing paper was still water stained. Looks like they just dried it out. I could of left it in this AZ heat to dry it off too. Took 3 months to get things back with multiple calls to get that accomplished.
