Mike came out 1st love how he kept me in the loop as to when he was going to be here. Tim was my first project manager he was great with always answering my calls and explaining things to where I understand then Brian took over and was just as thorough and great answering calls even when I had to call him back. Lee did the final walk through and properly set temp sink to where it doesn’t leak and cleared everything else out! Great team!

Lawrence and Leonard were both great when we worked with All Dry, they had the job done quicker than expected and were able to save us money while still getting very professional work!

Jill the owner provided misguided claims knowledge which cost me more money and additional stress. Once she found out we weren't going thru insurance she became rude and difficult to work with. If you really need help with water damage this is the last place to call.

I could not be more grateful to George for taking on the headache of communicating with insurance companies to get major repairs approved and completed at my property after a car went through the boiler room wall. All I did was make a phone call to Kowalski and gave George the info he needed to handle everything. He kept me updated throughout the process and when the work was completed you could not tell where the damage had happened on the 1986 stucco building. The paint even matched perfectly. I will definitely call Kowalski again for any construction or mitigation needs.

I had a water leak. They arrived within 45 minutes of my call. They tested my place for water and put machines the right places to dry out my place. Dealing with them was a bright spot in a less than ideal situation.

Trestin from Valley was very personable and pleasant. He found the company that replaced my garage cabinets and set up the time for them to do the job. He made it easy for me. I would highly recommend this company.

Bingham Restoration respond quickly and explained what needed to be done. They kept appointment times, both for the initial inspection and the job. Pete G and Micah G were dependable and worked hard to clean the water damage. They explained what steps they were taking and why. They left everything in clean and tidy condition and explained when they would be back. They are great representatives of your company. Jose Peralta has been an excellent contact.

A house fire or flood can be a traumatic experience, and Slate understands that. Do the right thing is a company virtue. One of the few companies I have found in the mitigation/reconstruction industry that is ethical and uses best practices.

We called Titan after noticing some water damage to our laminate flooring. They sent someone right over who helped identify the problem and worked with us and our insurance company to start a claim. Very professional and friendly.

The workers from Thomas restoration were so pleasant and thoughtful. They worked efficiently and neatly. I would highly recommend them.

Not good service

Back in August we noticed our water heater had been leaking all over the garage after feeling water in our master closet! We immediately called Gateway after seeing many posts on our neighborhood FB page about them. They came out and guided us through what was going to be a long and tedious process with cleanup/rebuild and insurance. Although the project start to finish took much longer then we would have liked due to elements out of Gateway’s control they were there to support us. They helped deal with our home owners insurance and coordinated the dry out and rebuild of the damaged areas. The office team is very responsive and nice during what is no doubt a stressful time for us as home owners. Thanks Gateway team for helping us finally get the house back together.

Very personable tech. Did good job, we asked for alttle more spots cleaned and he obliged us. Very good.
