I worked for interstate for one day threw people ready ....staffing agency's. I had a great experiences with interstate. Great crew! Very kind company they look out for there employee with great respect.They r good in what they do!!!

We had a leak in our condo. Yes they arrived quickly but here is why the rating is poor.
The carpet was wet they arrived went around and put tape on the wall that showed moisture but yet they did not take the base boards off they left them on did not roll wet carpet back just put dryer down and that's it. Next day same . The leak happened on Sunday and it took them until Tuesday to pull underlay away and Wednesday finally removed baseboards. This was dragged on until Thursday. My neighbor had a different company Silverton they were excellent. Arrived very quickly and also pulled up and back everything. This bill was 3200 from Servpro $$$$. Very expensive and not great. Every day a different group of people. My neighbor had the same team they knew what had been happening with her property and her leak far worse and she was dried out around the same time. I do not reccomend this company.

While dealing with all the stress of a disaster in my home they assured me they would take care of the damages. Shawn & Cisco were very knowledgeable & completed a very clean & professional job. We've used Mesic multiple times. Starting in 2011 when we had a bad wind storm tear the back half of our roof off. Great job and here it is 7 years later with no problems. In 2013 we had a problem with a water leak in the ceiling, they were out promptly and took care of the issue without any unnecessary drama. Made the mistake in 2015 of allowing another contractor to install some appliances (removing cabinetry to put in a dishwasher in an old house) Boy did that ever get screwed up, ended up Calling Mesic out to fix the problems. I've learned my lesson. Next month when we move into our new home and need some work done, we know who we will be calling!

We had a pip burst, and the walls and floors had really bad water damage. They fixed it very quickly and efficiently.

First they never called for an appointment they made with us making us miss a funeral and then they where late on the day they where supposed to start demo. I really don’t appreciate the attitude from the girl in the office. She was chuckling on the phone with me and now gave me attitude because they want to give less than a 24hr notice to show back up at the house to just monitor and we have plans that where already made. I’m not canceling any of my plans for them because they didn’t act professional and give us a notice that they where not going to show up making us miss a funeral. Plus they won’t give a time frame on when they will have everything put back in…… they really need to do better on being professional.
