She handled the call like a 911 operator keeping me calm while I was frantic. Her crew was out here within 20 minutes and took control of the situation. Everything was explain to me so I could understand what was going on.I will have no problem referring this company to my friends family and customers, but I hope I don't have to. My cleaner that came today was professional and seemed to genuinely care that I was happy before he left.
