First Onsite started drywall on a project last December, but left everything else unfinished. They tried to tell me they needed to replace my entire upstairs floorboards even though only a few boards we're damaged. Replacing my upstairs flooring would have resulted in a minimum cost of over 1,000 in excess parts alone. When I located the replacement model, the technician told me the model was out of stock and if he found it the tint would not match. While I was being ghosted by First Onsite, I found another contractor to replace my floorboards using the model I found and it was a perfect match. Months later First Onsite tries to bill me for repairing everything when all they did was drywall. I sent them documentation of the unfinished work and requested a corrected invoice. It took them two months to send an updated invoice and the new invoice still included costs for things that were not done. Though I was promised an updated invoice a copy months ago I still haven't seen one. In the meantime they have tried to issue a lien on my home twice. Both times I have had to contest the lien referencing the unresolved billing issues. My experience with this company has been incredibly disappointing and unnecessarily stressful. It is nearly the end of October and my billing issues are not resolved. I'm surprised they have 4 stars. Maybe they treat companies better than people. 11/5 update: this matter is now resolve. We were in the process of selling our home which was vacant at the time, contract in place, waiting for the home inspection. Upon the inspectors arrival to the property we received the devastating phone call, “your kitchen is flooded!” I called Lotus and within an hour a crew was on scene and starting the process of cleanup and drying. The entire kitchen was removed and within a week I Had new kitchen cabinets,(they saved the face frames and doors to match the uppers) flooring and baseboards! I can not thank Jill and Nichole enough for how quickly and professionally they responded. Great company and I highly recommend them!

Very pleased with the level of professionalism from Kai (Branch Manager) and two technicians Francisco and Jose. We had a water heater leak and they came out to check for water damage and mold within an hour of calling. They even offered to leave some commercial fans for a couple of days free of charge just to make sure everything dried up properly. Grateful for honest technicians and for impressive customer service that goes above and beyond.

They did mold remediation in the home I lease two separate times over two years, and neither time did they cover any of my belongings or clothing to keep it safe from spores. Even when they tore up my closet 2 feet from my clothing. I have never heard of remediation done this way. Both times I asked prior to them cutting into the wall and both times I was told they would be securing the area. They did not do it either time.

During this most recent remediation, when they came out to assess the damage from a big water leak, they apparently only quoted the owner for water damage and failed to mention the huge amount of mold growing on the wall and carpets. This added a couple weeks onto an already painfully slow management approval time for the repairs. When I reached back out to the management about the mold in my living space, they said they were, very confused to hear there was mold growing since this company did not included it in their assessment. With black all over the walls and mushrooms growing in the closet, I'm not sure how any professional company could fail to see and/or report that.

As far as their customer service goes, today I called to ask what the start and finish dates were of the last remediation, and after being put on hold was told they couldn't give me the dates.. of the service they provided in the home that I live in, because I was not the owner. Dates that they called me personally to schedule. I then asked to talk to someone else as the woman on the phone kept repeating that she was new and I could hear someone in the back feeding her answers. I was then put on another hold. When she came back I was told her boss was in a meeting.

There's no way I would ever recommend this company.

Titan Restoration of Arizona provided us great service. Once our insurance company contact them they started taking care of our water damage right away. I wish I could remember all the names of the people who responded to our house. They were friendly, VERY clean, and made us feel that they really cared about our home. We do remember Johnny who kept close contact with us followed up on each step. Our dry waller/painter Logan was amazing. He fixed our house better that it was before the water damage. Overall, we were extremely pleased with our experience with Titan Restoration of Arizona and would use them again and recommend them to anyone.
