BOR was recommended by our insurance. The initial consultation and water mitigation repair started out to be expected. Camron was responses became sporadic. The work and subsequent completion of the job was left incomplete. Part of my kitchen that needed to be salvaged was left in my backyard ( stove and microwave). The cabinet repair was also left incomplete. I’ve reached out numerous time with no response. B

Our problem (burst pipe) was handled quickly and professionally. Peace of mind was restored after such a stressful event. From Brenda explaining the process and handling the paperwork to Jose and his team mopping, cleaning and sealing off the section involved for the water extraction, I highly recommend this proficient team to take great care!

Rowell was communicative, responsive, and very professional. The jobs were done quickly & they kept me in the loop throughout it all, especially with my complicated work schedule. These guys need a shoutout. Had a couple projects that needed cleaned up in the house and had Servpro of Thunderbird Valley come out and did a fantastic job. Not only did they do an amazing job, they were very professional and even sent a follow up thank you card for choosing them. Highly recommended if you need any work done in your home, or God forbid have a disaster and need a great crew to come take care of it. Good customer service is hard to come by these days and these guys nailed every aspect. Great job guys!

Did some drywall work. Used our garbage (and yard) to dispose of the trash. Left drywall in our side yard, front yard, all down our driveway and to the street then stopped showing up for a week. Said they would show up at certain time and didn't show up about 6 time theought project. Communication and respect for my home would be great. A 2 day project had been 2 weeks and counting. Do your research everyone.

Update. Finished the project. Gave me mismatched shingles without a heads up. Not sure if this is standard but thought others might like to know. I understand the original shingles are faded but the base colors are different. This will not fade out and look better.

Dan has been such a pleasure to work with! When the other aspects of this project have been met with a total lack of communication, he has been responsive, thorough and incredibly polite even when I was probably a little kooky from the stress of being out of my house. He should be promoted.

The work hasn’t even been started yet after over 3 months going back and forth and starting from the top on every contact. Cannot provide us an accurate or complete quote of the work supposed to be starting in a weeks time. Will not work with us to include work we need or want done with the restoration. Having been living with black mold growing daily for 4 months already and at this point just going to accept it and find another company.

We had a big mold problem. ASAP Flood & Fire Restoration came in and took care of it. They were fast, professional, affordable and knowledgeable. I'd recommend them to anyone who has a mold problem.

Saying Ryan's team provided a great experience for a less than ideal situation would be an understatement. They were able to come out on short notice, quoted me _FAR_ less than a competing company, and saved me potentially thousands of dollars in repairs. Bob and Chris were extremely professional, wore proper PPE while in my residence and were clearly competent on the subject matter. I always felt that they genuinely cared and had my best interest for the course of action they described. They turned a potential nightmare into at most a temporary inconvenience. I called Zona when I had a water leak in my house from an unknown source to get help with mold removal and water damage. They were super fast at getting to my property and finding the source of the leak (slab leak). All the guys from their crew were friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable about how the entire mitigation/repair process would go. They were helpful with my insurance company and were able to answer a lot of my questions about how the claims process usually goes. After mitigation, repair and reconstruction all the walls in my house look great. The texturing was done really well, you can't tell there was ever any damage.
