We had WMF technician to fix a smoke damage in our house and it was a great experience. Everything was perfect for scheduling the service, interaction with the technician. The technician would let us know what was going on. I am 100% satisfied with WMF service and I’ll use them again in the future.

I have worked with BOR multiple times and have had nothing but excellent experiences with them. Eric is extremely professional and the communication is always on point. I have a drywall business so I have seen other restoration companies and how they work and I can tell you that Eric and his team are by far the best I've seen. I would highly recommend them.

I don’t know if I’ve ever worked with a more friendly and accommodating company. I’m a new homeowner, and as everyone knows, “things happen”. Well, the universe decided it was my turn. I was referred to Restoration 1 by a satisfied family member, and they were out to my house in literally minutes. Within 15 minutes, not only did Brandy and Mike provide me the peace of mind (I was very stressed out), but also were able to provide some much needed tips that have saved me a LOT of money. I won’t go into specifics, but I’ll just say this: Mike is a magician and has an eagle eye. Thank you Restoration 1!!! I had used another ServPro company and was completely disappointed with them. I was hesitant about using another....but what a world of difference between the two. This Owner was The Best...Set up appointment immediately, showed up on time EVERY TIME!! Had my best interest at heart. Properly dried out the home, removed wet carpet, tested for moisture everyday until meter responded it was dry or normal. I installed a Keysafe so he could get in at anytime necessary. He called me daily with updates. They were marvelous! Something that you need when you are in the middle of a disaster. I totally recommend for you to call them. My property was in Glendale and they happen to be very close to me....So if you are in the Glendale area or surrounding areas, you need to give them a call for Super Service.

My wife and I have been in the process of closing on a new house. Just prior to the closing, the house had a water pipe break in the master bathroom such that the master bathroom and adjacent closet as well as part of the master bedroom experienced water damage. Upon initial inspection of the home, it was apparent that the company the seller hired to dry out the area was not sufficiently addressing the issue. I called ASAP Restoration and spoke with Josh, who I presume is the owner. Josh asked me a series of questions and could get someone out to the property the same day I made the call. This is remarkable as Phoenix just experienced a MAJOR monsoon storm in the last 24-36 hours, and Josh's company was already inundated with requests.

The advisor, Dan, who reviewed the property was extremely thorough. He spelled out what needed to be done very clearly and concisely. After he inspected the property, both Josh and Dan were quite responsive via email so that I could compose a list of repairs that needed to be complete to send to the sellers. This forced the sellers to switch renovation companies, which REALLY needed to be done.

While ASAP was very busy with other companies, they fielded calls both from the sellers and myself. They spent time drafting quotes/estimates and truly gave me, the buyer, a clear picture of what needed to be accomplished to ensure the home would be repaired correctly.

What is most unfortunate, is that the seller did not choose ASAP but another company. The reasons for this are by no means the fault of ASAP, but merely due to the seller’s preference to go with one of the company’s their insurance carrier was already contracted with. However, the information ASAP provided allowed us all the information we needed to ensure the sellers proceeded with ALL the repairs ASAP indicated and then some.

If we were ever to experience an unfortunate situation with water damage or similar in the future, I will be calling ASAP Restoration.  They truly know what they are doing and are willing to go the extra mile.

I was unfortunate enough to be out of town when my two story townhouse flooded. It's extremely stressful to come home to an entirely packed up house but after working with this crew over the past month and a half I am very comfortable with them handling the entire contents of my life.

Lily and her crew did a fantastic job in diligently packing up literally every item in my house. They were very respectful to me and my belongings when I arrived home just as they were finishing up.

Joel has gone above and beyond to accommodate my requests and concerns throughout this entire process. He has been quick to respond to messages, even on the weekends. I can't stress enough how much Joel has done to alleviate my concerns and be understanding of my situation.

I've heard a lot of horror stories regarding packing companies and I can say with full confidence I have had nothing but a great experience with Integrity Contents.

This was a terrible experience. I had a project with them for 6 months that was very simple. They lied for months and never once called or emailed to provide a progress report for months!. Not sure how they’re in business. Run

I used Zona when I had water damage due to a leaking hot water heater. Not only did they respond right away and come out late in the evening, but I needed a lot of hand holding, as I have never dealt with a home issue that required me filing a claim through my insurance. Aaron & Jason are very nice & accommodating. It's one of the added bonuses of working with a small, local company.
