BOR was recommended by our insurance. The initial consultation and water mitigation repair started out to be expected. Camron was responses became sporadic. The work and subsequent completion of the job was left incomplete. Part of my kitchen that needed to be salvaged was left in my backyard ( stove and microwave). The cabinet repair was also left incomplete. I’ve reached out numerous time with no response. B

Belfor kept excellent communication with us during the stressful repairs. Special props to Juan Grado as the project manager and his team. They completed the repairs on our schedule and Juan came out several times to make sure we were happy with the work and his crew. If we pointed anything out to touch up Juan had someone out immediately to make it right. The Belfor team were very pleasant to work with and the work that was done looks great. When it was time to sign papers and handle insurance Juan took charge and we had no stress or hesitation to sign we were pleased with the job that was done. Very fast and responsive. Took care of the our water damage after our water heater leaked into our kitchen, laundry and kids room. Walls and baseboards were swollen, carpets soaked and now everything is back to normal and looks good as new.

Last Thursday morning I woke up to my water heater making a spurting sound and a ton of water in the garage. The panic that set in!!
