Terrific restoration company helped restore my business after a busted pipe created a flood. The insurance company suggested we use Water Damage Repair Cleanup Phoenix for the restoration work needed. We agreed after looking them up and checking them out. And they did great work. This company is well managed, detailed, organized and focused on customer service. Everything I want out of my damage restoration company.

Never thought I’d have to call them for services but glad I did they came in ready and prepared to assist my situation , crystal assessed and started the process right away , Cece was very friendly and efficient while working , and when I called to the office I spoke to 2 very awesome staff Gloria and Nina , very quick to answer any questions and how I was to proceed ,made the process a lot easier thanks .

We came home from vacation to find a toilet leaked all week. We called 1-800-Water Damage and they came out within a couple hours and helped get our home dried out. Nolan was very helpful and professional. Would recommend them to a friend and will use them again if we ever need this type of service again, hopefully not :)

A big thanks to Everett for coming out to our home. We had a water leak from pipes upstairs that leaked into the downstairs. He cut open the walls, treated the newly formed mold, and dried everything. He was very knowledgeable and there for us every step along the way. We are dealing with the hot water tank leak, we have worked with this company previously through our insurance. Unfortunately the initial experience was tremendous but the current experience has been a nightmare. What should’ve taken a few days has now taken multiple weeks, very poor communication and follow up with the team. We have been promised multiple times a job will be done, then the workers leave and the work is left unfinished. We’ve had to call multiple staff members including the general manager requesting immediate resolution and we are still waiting for this job to be finished

The employees did an EXCELLENT job! They dismantled a large portion of a wall that had an abundance of water within it, dried it all out, conducted a mold inspection, and after the issue was corrected, put everything back like the day they arrived. I HIGHLY recommend Disaster Recovery Restoration for any water issues.

I called Go To on Friday morning 2/22. Their tech, Jason called me within 10 minutes & made arrangements to see me on Saturday so he could assess what happened where my ceiling had fallen. He was there on time - in fact he was there before I arrived. He cleaned up the mess & told me he'd be back Sunday morning. He showed up 15 minutes early (which I greatly appreciated). He brought Gary with him and there was another example of the great people that Go To Services hires. Gary was warm & personable - he shook my hand & got to work. I was very impressed with him & Jason.
Jason took the bull by the horns & was so willing to help me through figuring out how to handle my insurance & he stayed with me through that call too.

One of our upstairs sinks was left on while we were away flooding the space between our floors. Servpro’s team Lorenzo, Rick, Maurice & Luis dried out our ceiling & floors checking in daily while things dried out. They were professional and respectful & left our home spotless even while cutting into drywall, cabinetry & carpet. We felt like we could trust them with our home 100%.
