Can't say anything bad about this company. they repaired my roof and actually paid from their own pocket to purchase some fans and lights which the insurance company didn't covered.

The B.O.R. team is incredibly knowledgeable and do amazing work but most importantly they are great people.

Their team came in on a Sunday morning, took care of my fire clean-up, and were done by the afternoon.

Every single person that we dealt with ensured that we understood what was going on and took the extra time to ensure that everything was done in a way that was best for us without regard to opportunities where they could have made some extra money. Brandy in the office checked in on us throughout the process and was an amazing help. The foreman John really took the time to make sure the job was done right and put the effort in to make sure we were happy with the work and he did an amazing job working around our schedule. Rick, one of the workers we saw the most, really did a consistently amazing job. Everything was done quickly, on our schedule, cleanly, and with our best interest in mind. It was unfortunate that we had a reason to call Restoration 1 of Phoenix, but I could not imagine that any other company could do a better job. Belfor kept excellent communication with us during the stressful repairs. Special props to Juan Grado as the project manager and his team. They completed the repairs on our schedule and Juan came out several times to make sure we were happy with the work and his crew. If we pointed anything out to touch up Juan had someone out immediately to make it right. The Belfor team were very pleasant to work with and the work that was done looks great. I definitely recommend the Phoenix Belfor office for your restorations. When it was time to sign papers and handle insurance Juan took charge and we had no stress or hesitation to sign we were pleased with the job that was done. They were AMAZING! They came out same day, they were SUPER nice & professional, they fixed my roof in a very timely manor. Also, I was on a budget & they worked with me to keep it from going over what I could afford without lessening the quality of service. I can't say enough about how wonderful they are and I'd recomend them to ANYONE.

The company provided excellent service. They rebuilt my bathroom after mold remediation. Converted my tub into a shower. The tile guys took extra time to match the tiles so that it looked like the veining matched. They even worked on a Saturday when they weren't scheduled. They were at all times polite, hardworking, knew what they were about. Also very neat.
Cleaned up after themselves every day. Our bathroom is very small but still two people were working in it.
We highly recommend them.
