Juan Jimenez headed the mitigation team. He was thorough and professional and courteous. He and his helper, Tim, came every morning once the fans were set up to check on the drying out process. Juan was patient in explaining the process and discovered the source of the problem that caused the water leak. They cleaned up everyday before leaving.

Hired Service Master for a clean up after a flood in our kitchen in January 2022. Extensive repairs were needed. They started out to do the deconstruction required, but as time went on they failed to continue the work required. They did not return phone calls to me, or my insurance company. After several weeks of no activity we fired them and hired a different company. The new company completed the job quickly and did a superb job. Never heard back from Service Master. I would never hire them again. I have talked to others in our area that had the same experience with them.

Frank was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He was available around the clock and answered all my questions with detail. He sent someone out the next day and he was also very helpful. Saying Ryan's team provided a great experience for a less than ideal situation would be an understatement.
