I don't typically review companies but I feel good plumbers (service professionals in general) are becoming harder and harder to find so I felt I should help others looking for a reputable plumbing company. My elderly father had a dishwasher, washer, sink and toilet that were all giving him issues. He had another plumbing company come out a couple of months ago and sort of fix the issue. I say sort of because they ran a snake where they could, never really fixed the issue but still charged him $200. I have used O'Bryan Plumbing in the Allen area and was please with their service so decided to let them look at my fathers home. We set up an appointment. My father is a bit nervous of strangers in his home so Asa and Javier called me ahead of time so I could let my father know they were nearly there. They kept me informed by phone of their progress and explained the issues and solutions in detail. They resolved all of his drain issues at a reasonable price. I had dinner with my father later that evening and he commented on how polite and respectful they were. I believe if you choose to use O'Bryan Plumbing you won't be disappointed.

We had a water leak at our meter, of course it was not a city issue. Call Plumbing Garland Texas and talked to they representative , she explained the pricing up front. She worked and got me appointment the next day and then called me back as they had cancellation and was sending a crew out. The 2 man crew were outstanding they found the leak and then repair it . They finished the job and great clean up. Both of the crew were very professional. I highly recommend Plumbing Garland Texasto everyone .

Called and requested quote for grease trap. Was told info will be passed to master plumber and I'd hear back. Been about a week since. If they do not follow up on prospect customers how can I expect them to follow up when actual problems arise?!

I called to have them to investigate a water leak under the camp. I didn't hear from them the day of, which I expected to based on the conversation I had with them, so I called the next morning. I was told that there was a leak but they couldn't see it and they had bigger fish to fry than to try to repair the water leak under the camp. They said the clearance under the camp was too small to get in and when questioned, stated that they didn't even really look because their opinion was that the camp had to be jacked up to get to it. He eventually said it was a safety issue, which if that's true, I can understand, but it wasn't what they started with. So I guess if you're plumbing problem isn't big enough, don't expect any help from this company.

Our 1960s house main sewer line started experiencing backups. After we had a number of different sewer company snake the line and the issue couldn’t resolve completely. That’s when we were referred to this sewer & sanitary company. They had someone out in an hour, arrived on time and did an excellent hydro jetting service!

These guys are great ! Great work, service and personable through the jobs they did for us, one was replacing all galvanized with copper in the whole house, me and my wife are very happy we hired John and his crew and the work is solid, probably isnt the cheapest but we found it fair enough for the jobs getting done well and right, you wont be disappointed if you hire these guys.

Very impressed and highly recommend. Carlos did an amazing job fixing an outside leak at our home. He was able to come at a moment’s notice and has been available before and after normal working hours.
