Clay replaced our water heater. He was professional, on-time and completed the job timely too! Great quality water heater and his prices are great too! Definitely want to call him if you need a water heater or other plumbing jobs.

Gary, 89 Leak Detection, was extremely polite, effective, and educational. Gary coached me through every step of the process the moment he got to my house. He advised me of every parameter that was being measured, and explained in detail every step of the way.

Their price was also better than the competition. Most companies were charging around $250 flat fee to detect leaks. 89 charged me $227 for a 2 hour period.

The guy that came with her to replace water heater tank was a waste of time. Nice but in Shyann’s way more then anything. He could of help clean the mess or something other then sitting on my tub.He did tell me he should not be doing jobs like this because he has bad knees and bad back oh and hip broke…….. he didn’t like office jobs though.I work in a office….. a church office. I not sure I want that guy back. BUT I VALUE SHYANN.

Bruce and his team installed a new well pump, replaced our filter system, replaced old valves. They helped us understand our 40 year old well (new to us), were responsive to our questions. Our well is now operating at a high level

Timothy, who was our tech, what can I say is he was just kind and professional. He was very transparent throughout the process and made sure I understood what was going on. They came out to fix our water heater through our home warranty. Both times, Scott knew exactly what the issue was and fixed the problem after getting the replacement parts.

We had another plumbing company initially and they had to come out 4 or 5 times, and still could not get it right. So I'm really happy with Scott and his efficiency!

I had Lowery install a new heating and cooling system with a new water heater. I chose the option of 7 years warranty. Every 6 months one of the technicians comes out and replaces the filters, checks the system and drains the water heater.
When I decided that I wanted a soft water system, I called Lowery. They installed the system in just a few hours. They are professional and courteous. I highly recommend them.

Our toilet was blocked and we could not shift the blockage with a plunger. We called Reno Versatile Plumbers and they send us the plumber within 30 minutes. He was friendly and efficient. The work was done perfectly and there's no more blocked on our toilet. Thanks for sending him early to our house. Will definitely recommend you to others.

First visit they came to the house and cleared my drain, I was so happy. I was told if the drain started to clog again they would come right back for free and fix the problem. Two weeks later my kitchen drain is once again clogged with standing water in the sink. I tried calling to get service again and while talking with the representative my phone was suddenly disconnected! Call backs were unsuccessful and my phone messages weren't returned! After finally getting through to someone a week later there was no apologies and I was told I must have stuck something down my drain since they came out last. I hadn't! Finally the guy told me to call back two days later, and they would try to fit me in . Good luck with that-I doubt they'll answer the phone!

Terrible customer service! They don't stand by their work and will avoid you like the plague if you try and reach them with your concerns. Find another plumber or rooter service!

They damaged various things. Threw away part of something that was not included in the insurance paid repair resulting in us having to purchase a new one that costs around 800.00. They stated it would be at least 90 days before they could reinstall anything.
