I called and got an appointment and no one showed up and they didn’t even call me back they didn’t even pick up the phone no more.
Terrible customer service don’t recommend use.

Scott said he'd come over and give me his advice for $10-20 and it'd be easy. Everything I tried before he arrived, he repeated when he got here wasting about half hour. He wrenched on my pipes, causing a leak where there wasn't one and also broke the pipe coming out of the wall. Rigged something up using all of my parts, swore throughout the job, charged me $90, and it leaked the next day. Never did I say I wanted a bandaid fix which is how he made it sound. Still leaking. I'm calling a different plumber now.

Matt came through in the clutch (7 o'clock on a Thursday night!) and fixed the electric hookup to my water pump, thus restoring my access to running water!!! 🙏 Thank you, Mr. Rooter

I had all of my old iron piping replaced in my house and they completed the whole job in 3 days start to finish while keeping my house clean and put together. These guys are great. Mike and his helper arrived to clean a drain that was backing up in the basement. Got it done in a jiffy and fixed a dripping faucet for me. Prices are VERY reasonable. Call them today!

Walked in today and waited for service not a big deal, then the next guy walks in gets served before me, okay it happens. But when the third guy in line is waiting and the guy behind the counter says Okay your paying attention ill will wait on you, very unprofessional and rude, the other nice guy behind the counter helped me finally. This is part of the reason i go to Fergusons and its just a better all around experience.
