There was 2 gentelmen . Both were kind,clean,prompt,respectful and not loud and didn't talk down to me!.
It's been quite sometime that I have seen all the above in a company.
Will use again and refer them to anyone I know in need of a Drain Doctor. Thanks guys ....

It is always strange seeing people writing very positive or very negative reviews having only one or two reviews. If they write so positive with one review only about a business I get suspicious and start asking myself whether they could be fake. Probably they are friends/family or even paid trolls doing them a favour. However, on the other end, if they write very negative about a business I believe they are from competitors trying to kick them out of services or at least trying to give them a bad image.
I had a good experience with Single Source Plumbing despite they could not solve our problem as it went beyond plumbing.
However, they still were friendly and helpful so that I would call them again if I have plumbing problem.

Luke is a lovely man and a plumber that can take care of all your needs. He’s friendly, cheerful and he gets the job done quickly, without mess. Give him a call. We’ve had him do a number of jobs for us and we’ll call him next time too.

This plumbing company is a joke my rental property manager hired them to do the repairs I needed at the condominium that I am currently renting and they sent a guy that was a complete know it all jerk to fix my plumbing connection the the water heater there was 2 leaking pipes and we had told him this before hand but he refused to listen and was an absolute jerk and told us not tell him how to do his job then he went on to fix one pipe and left the other pipe that was also leaking without fixing which is pipe where the hot water comes through and didn’t even turn the hot water back on then left in a hurry without explaining anything to us. So now my property manager is in disbelief and thinks that we are lying because the plumber assured her that he had checked that everything was in working order before he left. I can totally say that their service was unsatisfactory because I haven’t had hot water for three day since Friday and I have arthritis. Taking a shower with ice cold water is a definite NO!!!!!! For me😡😡😡😡🤯😤😤😤😤

It was a Saturday, February 8th. It was warm in Phoenix. We were working Weekend Watch out of the Homeowner’s Division. My partner’s Isabel Chihuahua, a real dog. The boss is Mywife. My name is Friday. I don’t carry a badge. It was Noon; I had started with the slacking off when suddenly the Boss reported a leaking shower valve.

By 1 PM, I knew we had a serious case, a valve with a broken and STUCK cartridge. I went to a nearby Ace Hardware and showed them photos of the suspect, my valve. I had to get rough but finally guy said, “We don’t have anything like that … BUT Homeowners Plumbing Supply in Glendale may have it AND they are open on Saturdays” My Partner and I headed back to the patrol pickup.

I GOGGLED Homeowners Plumbing supply. I phoned and spoke with Steve. First, he said they close at 2 PM on Saturdays. It was already past 1 PM. The Boss was out and about in our patrol truck. I knew I had to act quickly. I phoned her and asked if she would run to Glendale if Steve said he had the part we needed.
The Boss agreed and headed west from her current location in Central Phoenix. I emailed Steve the photos and by the time my Boss got there, the parts were waiting on the counter.
She headed back to our main office, home, with the parts.
Steve informed me that I could just force out the stuck cartridge with a pair of Vice Grips. But to make sure I get the two small rubber washers from the valve. He said in the bag was a complete replacement, including the two rubber washers that would just slide right in.
Steve was correct on all counts. The shower has been repaired and now works perfectly. The City can rest easy tonight, thanks to Steve at Homeowners Plumbing Supply in Glendale Arizona!

Luke and his team (Jack, Trevor, and Jake) are just finishing up a bathroom addition for us. They have been a joy to work with throughout the process. Very professional and top-notch work. Jack has helped us with SO many details, and has done beautiful work, especially considering it is new construction in a small, oddly-shaped space. He and Luke also have assisted us with some additional work needed in our basement. From the initial plan and detailed estimate via Luke, to Jack's stellar customized construction work, it has been fun watching it take shape and get finished. Highly recommend them!
