Communication: I was referred to them by another client who also highly recommended them. I reached out on the weekend and received timely and professional response within reasonable hours of the day. Adan communicated possible times that would work for both of us for a leak inspection and was timely and considerate about the potential severity of the situation.

Scheduling: Adan was able to pencil me in between appointment schedules and had great communication about possible times. He worked with my busy work schedule to find an ideal time within a reasonable time frame.

Professionality: When Adan and his partner arrived on site, they were professional, courteous and considerate. Thorough in their examination, and listened to what my concerns were and investigated the issue from multiple angles and different possible systems.

Price: I believe that the price of the service was very reasonable for the quality and professionalism experienced.

I had a toilet leak between the tank and seat, and at the water shutoff valve. In less than an hour, Don and Shawn fixed the leaks by replacing fill valve, shut off valve, and tank gaskets. My family had a wonderful experience with Don's service!

I always call Havey Plumbing for several reasons. The knowledge level of Jeff Havey is beyond compare which gives me great peace of mind. The attention to even the smallest details to make sure the job is done right the first time really shows the quality of work. Jeff called us just prior to arriving, showed up on time, completed the work so quickly and completely cleaned up the area. Great service, awesome attitude, friendly and outgoing.

Just when I thought there was no honesty and great service around anymore....these guys show up! We had several contractors come out to try to figure out an issue. After charging us, they could not solve the problem. Pipe Doctor stepped in and cleared the line to get us back in business! Highly recommended and their scheduler/tech were absolutely professional and wonderful too!!

2nd time I usd Miday. I called Midway 4pm 5.25.23 Thursday regarding a water heater lights & beeping. Next day Friday Gerard H. tech arrived diagnosed problem on Sears water heater showed us the mold etc. Needed to get new water heater. GH called about new water heater yes they had in stock but no truck available to deliver. GH went and picked up new water heater, installed & removed old Sears. First time I used Midway when my Sears kenmore ice dispenser was leaking/pouring water out. Mike Schetgen (not sure about spelling of last name) was able to come same day I called & rectified issue. I will continue to use this company.
