House built in the later 1800's with enough set issues I had to get my lines cleared every 6 months due to roots and other issues. Bright these guys in, found out one of my lines was cracked and over 50% blocked, and they literally got on my roof and went through the vent to find out I had a major blockage that several competitors had missed. The other guys wanted $150+ to get the camera in my lines, FW Pipeline did it for free and saved me over $5k. Been a year and haven't had an issue, for the first time in 12 years. Couldn't recommend more, one of the all time best experiences I've had as a home owner.

An honest group of guys that takes a lot of pride in what they do. The crew was on site for over 2 months performing an industrial installation of a hot and cold water system that required silver soldering 95% of the connections. It was a large and complicated project that they were building to prints, but as those in industry know things are not always black and white between 2D prints and the actual building during an installation. I was impressed from the project’s start to finish with the company’s handling of every detail and decisions made along the way. Most of all, communication was very fast and clear, we never felt left hanging or out of the loop.

They’re not very big on advertising, but definitely one of the best plumbing contractors in town.

Bradley plumbing is a great service for any plumbing issues you need to have resolved. We used Bradley services before n he and staff will try to address your issue prior to coming out to your residence if possible to save you time and expense.

They are totally professional from C-S Melania to owner Bradley explaining issues in layman's terms and will tackle your problems.

After hours of calling other companies, Ali-Cor was at our house within an hour of reaching them. Our main water valve was broken and they were able to quickly fix it and get our water back on! They were very professional and did amazing work.

I like to DIY. My toilet had a leak. I bought new parts and set out to fix the leak. I got to the last nut and bolt which would have allowed me to replace the necessary parts. The nut and bolt were so corroded that nothing I tried would separate the two. I gave up and called Slaughter Plumbing. Jeff came to my house the same day. He couldn't separate them either (that made me feel better about my skills.) He pulled out a hack saw and cut them apart without scratching my toilet. Then he installed my new parts within minutes. Slaughter Plumbing hired Jeff. Jeff rescued me and did not make me feel bad about my not being able to handle that bolt myself. Thank you for the fast and friendly service.

Wonderful, prompt service. Josh and Joe called before they arrived, and were spot on with their arrival time. They surveyed the situation, fixed the problem, and the cost was amazing. We have found ourselves new plumbers. Their motto is Honesty and integrity is our first priority. Believe them - they're the real deal.

The installer was great. He explained the water filtration system (H2 Zero) completely. Before we decided, he showed us pictures on his phone on what the installed system would look like since he he installed it in his own home. He tested my mom's water, which was 193 in the kitchen and explained the difference in the levels of bottled water. He was extremely patient. My mom is 82 and he answered all of her questions as many times as she repeated herself. He was extremely knowledgeable about the system. I cannot make out the installers name on the paperwork (Mike or Miles), but his number is 1163. I not only recommend Roto Rooter, but also this installer in particular.

A gentleman named Jacob showed up to fix my furnace. He was very kind, patient and knowledgeable. I would ask questions at times and he would explain what he was doing. I appreciated his work and professionalism. I would highly recommend him to everyone. In the future for other services or maintences I will them again given they send Jacob. Thank you again for your hard work!

[Professionalism] They took care of business immediately and were in and out of the house in less than 10 minutes. There was a communication issue at the beginning but when it was finally resolved, I received immediate service. Would've received a higher rating if not for the delayed contact to set the appointment.

Beware of this company unethical methods , they purposely will not have the parts so they charge $120 per hour commute to bring it. The charge time starts from the moment they leave their office . Replacing a hydrant that required 1 1/2 feet deep digging was going to cost over 650.00. So I paid for the digging and let them go .
Employees were courteus and professional , but I will never call this company again , EVER .

He is very professional and he knows his stuff. I would recommend him to anyone. And his helper was nice to. And he is very punctual.

I called, he arrived 20 min later and stayed at a difficult job through to a happy resolution! The clog was more than a floor down and he had to by-pass an old fashioned catch to get at it. Very happy with results and the charge was very fair.

Will absolutely use this company again, very satisfied the work they put into it and the time they got it done was amazing and very reasonably priced!!!

Seriously the best plumber we have met, me and my husband even saved him in our phones to call him on and issues we have. It took years to find a honest, hardworking, and all around kind plumber but we finally did! We highly recommend his services!

Eric and James were extremely professional and showed up earlier than expected, wearing PPE. They serviced my water heater (water heater flush). Eric replaced the external pressure regulator valve. James replaced four emergency shut off valves that had locked up and were inoperable. He explained how I can maintain all the valves in my house from now on to keep them from needing to be replaced in the future. Both were very knowledgeable and friendly. This is the most pleasant experience I’ve ever had with technicians coming to my house! I highly recommend Plumbing Master’s (specifically Eric and James!!!) to anyone that needs work done, and I will definitely be using them going forward. Called in the morning and they were there early afternoon. Dan the technician advised my refrigerator could be fixed under warranty from the manufacturer, LG. Dan was extremely knowledgeable and provided good direction on how to pursue a warranty claim. I highly recommend Fast of Florida and Dan as the service technician.
