Mike from MG Plumbing was Fantastic! Excellent customer service, friendly, listens to what you need/want, and delivers what he promises. Mike was polite, courteous, calls ahead, and arrives on time. I had a long list of work to be done, and there was no task he was not up to handle. I needed a main water shutoff replacement, kitchen faucet replacement, water softener installation, shower valve repair, hand shower installation, toilet repair, sink stopper toggle rod replacement and shower cartridge replacement, Mike does it all. He even fixed what another plumber walked away from completing. Mike went above and beyond, and his rate is equitable with other plumbers. I will call Mike for all my plumbing service needs.

My HVAC Tech, Asher Sullivan, was amazing. He took the time to explain everything to me in full detail. He was so nice. I would have given him 10 stars if he told me that he was a Philadelphia Eagles fan instead of a New York Giants fan!!! LOLHe actually did an exceptional job. The staff, employees and others are very professional, proficient, friendly, courteous, and customer service is outstanding.
I recently had a repair done, I called this company and received same day service.

I am so very grateful for their service to their customers. I was informed by property management team no one could assist until a week. This was not acceptable to me as a renter. As a renter I did the job the property management team should have done. Little background, I was down to only (1) water source which was the kitchen only. If I used any other water source it came back up in the downstairs bathroom. Was advised by property management team wait, take bird baths.

As a renter of this property for 10+ years, not acceptable.
The rental monies have never been late. Their attitude to this day is just pay your rent and we don't care about the conditions of the property.
I was in the business works for 20+ years, and this is definitely not how you handle issues.

Absolute god damn champions.

I called 10 different plumbing businesses for estimates to replace my garbage disposal and Benjamin Plumbing was ahead by a mile in lowest cost and best warranty. (Not best warranty for the cost. Best warranty of the 10 places I called)

They were friendly, reachable, affordable, and the pumbler was quick, knowledgeable and personable.

I didn't see or smell or old disposal as it was being replaced, no hidden fees, all parts/labor/removing the old disposal was done for $300 I was quoted on the phone.

I can't wait for this new disposal to break down so I can call them again in 5 years.

They were very prompt in getting to my leak in my foundation of my home. They traced and found the leak in my cement slab. The repair men were very conscientious about minimalizing mess and destruction when breaking through the cement to get to the leak. They took steps to avoid damage to baseboards and sheet rock even though those barriers made the repair more challenging. They cleaned up any mess/dirt afterwards. They were very knowledgeable and patient when I asked quite a few questions. They did a great job!! I would highly recommend Duncan Heating and Air Conditioning Inc. and Plumbing.

Skyler was very responsive to various scheduling changes on my part and arrived right on time when we finally were able to set a time for the work. He did an excellent, efficient installation of the pressure gauge for my house. He even reattached the hose for me when he was finished which is a little detail that I appreciate. Skyler offers high quality, responsible and professional plumbing services. I can't recommend him highly enough.

I contacted Eddie to cut & install a couple of shelves. He was timely with his responses, came out same day, gave a fair price, provided quality work and even cleaned up after himself. I wish I would have found him sooner. Highly recommend!

Price as advertised. $49 for drain cleaning service. I got a nice discount to take care of our three showers at once. On time. Bobby and his technician came prepared and took good care of our house. Would recommend them and have them service us again.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!!!! We had them come and change out the pipes from galvanized pipe to pex lines. One part came loose, I called the first time and they came out and took care of it but instead of fixing it right they put it back the same way it was, so it came loose again I called and told them it came loose again but they came to fix it right they ignored my phone calls. I had to have another company come out and fix it and I have not had any more problems since. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY 😡
