James was very responsive. He was able to come out the day after I contacted him look at my old water softener (which hadn't worked in years) and provide an estimate. He was able to replace my water softening system the following day. He provided an itemized list of costs, and there were no surprise costs after he gave the quote. He was friendly, courteous, and likeable. He went above and beyond to provide high quality work and tidied up after himself. This is a one man business, which is a plus, because I know who I am getting, and I know I will receive consistent, quality work. I highly recommend him. I will definitely be using this business for my future plumbing needs.

Called Matt with a problem toilet. Despite a heavy workload, he called back within the hour, and made time to come by the same day. Instead of charging me to patch the problem that would re-occur in the future, he recommended a new toilet all together to save me money down the road. Next day, it's installed, working great, and it was all taken care of at a really fair price. Clog Busters definitely have my business from here on out.

Nicolas is the most competent journeyman I have ever had in the region. He has installed a new water heater, a new toilet, and a new dishwasher for us and we have had no problems. Called powerhouse last week to come fix our kitchen sink and they said someone would come out Saturday between 11-1. So I spent my Saturday waiting for a plumber that never came or even called. I called them at 1:25 on Saturday and left them a message and they never even called me back. Very unprofessional. Thank you for wasting my Saturday.
