I scheduled my appointment and got there 5 min early. To my surprise, instead of having the walking in customer work with the representative that did not have the appointment, Cassidy disregarded her obligation.
Dominique was courteous and listened to my concern and needs and provided great options and advice. At the end, she shared that Cassidy would create a list of cost for the items I needed to remodel my master fully as well as replace my hall bath to a walkin shower. I left with the understanding that Cassidy would email me only to have to call today to ask for my information because my contractor was asking.

I called during the middle of the heat wave and Mr Lynch came out that day and fixed my air conditioner. Amazing service and the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend this company for any repair or installation that you are contemplating.

Had a great experience with the guys at Proficient Plumbing. My water main valve had corroded and I wanted to get it fixed before I had a leak that I couldn’t shut off. They came out quick, gave me a fair quote, and got to work right then and there. Can’t say I know much about plumbing but the photos speak for themselves. They’re my go-to plumbers from now on!

Russ is the greatest, he is a true professional and will do the job right no matter how complicated it is. Over the last year or so he has done many plumbing projects while we are renovating our home. Among some of the work he did for us are installing a new chilled and sparkling drinking water system, soft water system, replace the old shower with new one and more. He can be trusted around your home and also to do the job right the first time. I give Russ 5 Stars.

Would not recommend. Very unprofessional. I was referred to Brent by a friend so I trusted that they were respected. To start, for a couple days, no one would answer the phone. Both my wife and I both called and left voicemails. No one ever returned our call. I should have stopped calling but was finally able to get a hold of Brent. Discussed the issues I had and set up an appt for a couple days out for them to come snake our cleanout. Had blocked off the time that they were supposed to show up. I even called to make sure they were coming. No answer, no return call. Never showed up. Waste of time and patience. It's one thing to miss the appt time, it's another to not contact your customer and let them know.

Can never get anyone to answer or a call back???? Are they still in business? Finally talked to someone and she was extremely rude and didn't listen to what I was asking her and decided today she wasn't interested. The guy who does the plumbing is very nice, I've talked to him before but the lady who does the phone needs a lesson in customer service. She lost a few hundred dollars and future business.
