Absolutely LOVED this company. They worked with me every step of the way, we were always on the same page and the work was done very quickly and efficiently. My favorite part was that I never had trouble getting into contact with them or having questions answered. They know what they're doing and who their customers are. Great experience.

My plumber has come to my house on 2 separate occasions and told AHS that my issue should not be covered! I called for a second opinion on both situations and both times the second opinion stated I had a covered item! Based on these 2 occasions I would never let My Plumber back in my house! I know people with home warranties can get upset if an item is not covered, however both times I had to call in an expert and both times the issue was a covered item!

I booked them through American Home Shield and they couldn't get to my appointment for a week. On the day of the appointment they canceled due to an unexplained emergency. When I called to inquire about the cancellation and ask about the emergency, I was told that's none of your business, but the technician is in the hospital. Then she slammed the phone down and hung up on me - they would not answer my call on repeated attempts. Do they really only have only one technician (plumber) for the whole company??? WOW... really rude and horrible customer service. Watch out for these people - I have found a different plumber.

I could not give less than a star. Took 2 months and nothing was fixed. Full of lies that they called the manufactures, they did this, did that etc. Finally called another plumber - he called the manufacturer right there and everything was resolved in 1 day. stay away from these guys

Not even worth one star. Had an very bad leak, so bad neighbors yard is soggy wet. We have used this company before so my husband calls. Prompt answer, after some information they find our file, ok cool set us up for Friday April 19, 19 to come out between 12 and 2 ... never showed, never reached out to explain or say we will be running late. My husband had to reach out and when he did the plumber himself called him back to state that he had to finish the job he was on and it would be up to two hrs... well that came and went and they never called us back...I get life happens but a little respect of others time and some communication can go along way..

American Home Shield called My Plumber LLC for an emergency appointment. My water heater is leaking on my 3rd floor in the attic. AHS asked for an emergency appt with My Plumber LLC. My Plumber LLC is going to rush me in on September 11th, 2018!! This is the only company AHS said they could provide because all the others are busy. Avoid American Home Shield and probably My Plumber LLC!!

Took the time to diagnose the issue, other providers haven't taken the time to find the issue.

Hired this plumber on recommendation of my home warranty company. It took this plumber four separate trips to complete a simple job due to a lack of time evaluating what the actual issue was, and not coming prepared with the right tools and supplies. The price we agreed on was raised three times. The final product is a disappointment - the plumber left my bathroom trashed and dirty, didn’t remove any of his debris, and now I have a black pvc pipe sticking out of my wall - he failed to bring the proper silver piping that would have matched my pedestal sink, and later said the price of the job would drastically increase if I wanted it to “look right” because he “didn’t realize” I had a pedestal sink.
UPDATE: changed my review from 2 stars to 1. I have had another plumber come out since, who found multiple errors/issues with the work that My Plumber did. I've had to pay an additional plumber $300 to fix errors that My Plumber made. I have attempted to contact My Plumber multiple times via calling and emailing to attempt to get resolution, and I haven't gotten any responses.

[Professionalism] They took care of business immediately and were in and out of the house in less than 10 minutes. There was a communication issue at the beginning but when it was finally resolved, I received immediate service. Would've received a higher rating if not for the delayed contact to set the appointment.

I had no water all day, waiting for their guys, because they told my home warranty company they will come in today. Then I get a call informing me they're sorry, but they won't be able to send anyone until Monday! I have a small baby, no water, and now it is too late to get anyone without emergency charges. Thank you very much. You will never get my business and I will make sure my friends won't use you either.

Called and no one answers the phone. Had a service call, they showed up with out confirming the appointment make by my home warranty company. Tried to call the office many time left messages and NO RETURN CALL. Please do not use THIS SO CALLED COMPANY ...

[Professionalism] Wesley did a great job. Really knows his stuff. Explained my plumbing problem to me in detail. Offered advice on how to avoid future problems. I will use them again.

Came out to the house and let me know that I had a simple fix. Offered to do it or could do it myself. No charge to make the house call. They are now on my call list for my plumber. I will hire them to make the repair plus more. 👍🏼👍🏼

The warranty company picked them. I wasn't very happy to begin with because of the LONG wait to have my faucet installed. But it's in now and it actually worked better than the previous one. They were apologetic and helpful once my part was in. I would use them again if I had another issue. Don't let the bad rating turn you away, they aren't bad.

The guys were timely and professional. Above all, they solved the problem!

[Problem Resolution] Mr Wesley from My Plumber was a nice Professional who did the Trouble shooting and unclogged the drains and saved us from a predicament.

The team at My Plumber LLC is professional, timely, and thorough. They took time to explain our exact problem and go through our options on fixing it. They also worked with our home warranty company to get our services covered, and recommended another water damage company for further repair work. I highly recommend this team and will definitely continue to use My Plumber in the future!

I called American Home Shield Monday night, June 12, 2017 regarding my water heater. I received a confirmation text stating someone from My Plumber will contact me tomorrow. Tues morning i received a text message letting me know my appointment time, June 14 at 8am to 4pm. I replied to the message stating I cant set around he house from 8am to 4 pm waiting on a plumber.I did not receive a reply back. I called the number at 3pm regarding my appointment. The lady stated they did not send out any message with that appointment time. But your appointment is set for Thursday, June 15th at 11:30 am to 2pm., Thursday I received a new text at 12:03pm to reschedule, 1:30 pm to 4pm, then another text at 3:14 pm to reschedule 2:30pm to 5pm. Around 4:45pm I called My plumber, no answer, I left message to have someone called me regarding my appointment. no reply. Friday June 16th at 8:43 am I received another text stating your appointment from American Home Shield for June 16th , 2017 has been canceled for 10am to 2pm. I called American Home Shield and was told they never canceled my appointment. They called My Plumber while i was on the phone, the dispatcher told them they do not services my area, hung up the phone in the agent face. If you did not service my area why did you schedule the appointment. Therefore I giving you a 1star because there is not place to put a negative rating.

Called day ahead and asked for visit for slab leak help. They sent message confirming date and time. I had to call to follow up with appointment and office had plumber call stating he would be up to 2 hours late. Today is Sunday and have not heard anything since then.

This company's costumer service sucks!!!! Missed an appointment by 10 mins. Was told I would have to wait till Monday to reschedule. Keep in mind that there is a busted pipe in my sons room wall and mold inside the wall. They expected my kids not to take a shower or bath for 3 days and breathe in all the mold. I will never call this bullshit company again!!

I have had a leak in my bathroom sink for 4 days. I contacted my Insurance Co, American Home Shield , who dispatched the call to My Plumber in Irving. 25 hours had passed and still I wasn't scheduled. Finally I called to find out why they hadn't called to schedule me and the woman told me she had 48 hours to do so. NOT ACCURATE. When she finally did, the window was literally from 8:30 - 4:30. Wow! Really? Then, via text, she changed it to 11-2. Then at 2:30, she changed it again, via text, to 2-4:30. At 4:30, she texted me to tell me that the plumber was not coming at all because he was stuck in Dallas and wouldn't be finished for another 3 hours. WHAT???? Completely inept. When I called her and told her that was unacceptable, and that she should send someone else since I have wasted the entire day. Her response was that they only had ONE PERSON WORKING THAT DAY!!!????? REALLY! She was not at all apologetic and seemed to be missing important customer service skills as well as the ability to think on her feet. I wonder how old she was and if she should be working at all?????? DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!! By the Way...I still have the leak! UGH. American Home Shield is also low on my list as I have reported this to 3 different representatives, each who promised to call me back and did NOT!!!!!
